Wow, this place deserves all 5 stars and more. It is stunning, with gorgeous art and impeccable design in every space. The owner and staff make you feel right at home, they are friendly, warm and happy to help with anything from dinner or tour reservations to restaurant recommendations. The location was perfectly situated between the Plaza Grande downtown and the tony Paseo Montejo area, as well as a 10-15 minute walk to the lovely Parque Santa Lucia and even closer to Parque and mercado Santa Ana and the delicious upscale restaurants of Calle 47 (don't miss Micaela Mar y Leña on 47th or music in Santa Lucia park Thursdays at 9pm). When we got home every night, not only was our room always spotless, they left little chocolate kisses and, on Valentine's day, gorgeous mini brownies with flower frosting ❤️. Highly recommend, especially for a romantic get away.

El personal fue muy atento y muy eficiente. Nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa. Fuimos en familia y ocupamos todo el hotel, lo cual nos hizo sentir muy a gusto. La recepción muy acogedora. Las camas muy cómodas, se siente mucha paz y pudimos descansar muy bien. Todo es bellísimo y muy cómodo. Estuvimos felices!

Es una elección excelente. El servicio y la atención del personal son excepcionales, ya que son muy amables y siempre están dispuestos a resolver todas tus necesidades de manera oportuna, la recepción con Alejandro es maravillosa es muy amable y alegre. El estado del hotel es impecable con excelente confort para la relajación. Además, cuenta con agradables áreas exteriores. Celebré mi aniversario de bodas y fue realmente maravilloso.

La ubicación, el trato por parte de Patricia y el resto de empleados inmejorable, se encargan de que tu experiencia en Villa Octavia sea única e irrepetible, cualquier detalle es cuidado. Espectacular! Y todo esto, sin dejar de lado el excelente trabajo de acogida por parte de Rosita. Si quieres vivir una gran experiencia en Mérida, Villa Octavia es 100% recomendable!

Un lugar impresionante y distintivo para relajarse, aquí los huéspedes son tratados con gran atención, cuidado y sincero interés. Lo que me gustó: primero que nada, es muy atractivo el cuidado y atención de los dueños de Villa Octavia. Te sientes bienvenido en una familia donde eres quieren. 2. Muchos pequeños y hermosos detalles diferentes en el interior, lindos jarrones que son agradables a la vista mientras te bañas. También hay cosas para el cuidado facial: algodones, bastoncillos, bolitas de algodón. 3. Hay mucho encanto y buen ambiente 4. El servicio es increíble: todos los días limpiaban la habitación, cambiaban toallas, ropa de cama y regalaban dulces. 5. Hay desayunos. 5. La tina está increíble y tal vez sea extraño, pero me gustaron mucho estas toallas suaves y esponjosas y el jabón de lavanda, que es suave para mi piel. Lo que no me gustó: es difícil para mí encontrar desventajas, solo puedo notar que la señal de Internet era débil y la conexión se cortaba constantemente. Y que no hay una mesita de noche pequeña donde poner el teléfono. En general, el lugar es único y digno de tu atención si amas las cosas lindas con estilo y te gustaría que te traten con cariño y calidez. Muchísimas gracias

Un paraiso en Mérida, totalmente recomendado. La atencion, los detalles y lo bonito de la habitacion lo hacen una experienxia unica, un plus tener una alberquita privada para relajarse despues de un dia completp de recorrer ruinas mayas, sin duda pronto regresare. Muchas gracias.
