Absolutely amazing. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. We are not the usual hostel customer, but we felt welcome nonetheless. There was always someone there to help.
Great location near hundreds of amazing restaurants and easy access to public transit.
We did not partake in the activities, but they had something to do everyday.
Also had a nice complimentary breakfast of yogurt, fruit, granola, and toast.
They also always had coffee and filtered water.

Lovely staff. Good, safe location. Really nice design hostal with comfy beds. Very warm as didn’t appear to be any air conditioning so just had to leave the windows open which resulted in us all getting mosquito bites. There was also no hot water in the shower on any of the days I was there. Didn’t raise this with staff so could have probably been resolved. The showers were within the bedrooms so was no privacy when coming in or out of the shower The wifi was strong and staff were friendly. Definitely among the more expensive hostals but also worth it.

This is an excellent hostel, especially for digital nomads. I was originally intimidated by the capsule design of the hostel beds in the shared rooms. However, it was actually rather comfortable and felt private. The room itself was a little cluttered because everyone left their luggage on the floor area. Not a big deal. The highlight was the atmosphere of the hostel. It has a really beautiful design in the common areas. The staff was incredible and the guests were all very good people. The breakfast was also much better than most hostels i’ve been to. I think this is one of the best hostels i’ve ever been and i highly recommend it to anyone visiting mexico city. Next time, I will try to find a private room.

Pros Staff are very helpful. Very clean. Block out curtains to block out the lights. Great location and always felt safe walking around the area. Cons This place is very new but had been poorly planned; Toilets in front of beds, no place to keep clothes in the toilets (couple of hooks but not enough), microwave two floors down from the kitchen etc.

I'm so happy my friends and I stayed at Casa Pancha during our first trip to Mexico City. We enjoyed the simple aesthetic of the private bedroom and had plenty of space for a group of three. We also loved getting to meet folks that were staying at the hostel; the public spaces are great for working, reading, and hanging out. I'd stay here again! It's within walking distance to some great spots.

One of the best hostels I’ve been to, beautifully designed, so much attention to detail. Amazing facilities, cool yoga classes and a lovely free breakfast. Everyone who works there is really nice and super helpful! Xx

Excelente ubicación y staff. Muy atentos. La cama muy cómoda. Lugar limpio y recogido. Tienen desayuno incluído en las mañanas. Ademas hay varias actividades durante la semana para compartir con las demás personas quedándose. 100% recomendado.
