Good location and nice view at cheap prices, But need to adjust interior and lift

Staying in Penguin Hotel is very convenient since it is really closed by at the Beach and nearby outlets. However, when we were checking in the lady who assisted us didn’t explained well the informations. And every night there’s no front desk. But overall stay it’s really good the free breakfast was really good I will definitely recommend.

It was a rainy day. We got an upgraded room because the room we were assigned was leaking. The facilities are not well maintained enough to be called 3 star.

Was OK overall. I had an issue with my reservation and was told to email the front desk with my issue yet they didn't respond. They have no phone number and no one can help you other than the front desk people that can only be reached by email. My issue may not have been resolvable but ignoring my email is not acceptable...

The parking was horrendous!!!!!! They should have a valet that would take the car and park it. We could not find parking where we were told to go and ended spending $160 ……no joke. That was one night !!!! Thank goodness we booked one day at this hotel. Never doing that again.

Parking is terrible but area is nice close to beach friendly staff let us check in early and held our Languages mean while.
