The woman that checked us in could not have been more rude. She could not answer direct questions and made things as difficult as possible. Parking is HORRIBLE. They only have 4 spaces for the entire building AND you have to pay for them! The room has been slightly altered compared to the posted photo but is a beautiful, wide open room. We were very disappointed that the hot tub on our balcony was unusable. The HVAC system in the room needs work. The fan runs 24/7 even if you turn it to auto and the temp is not accurate with the Tstat. (We do HVAC for a living) The room is cold and muggy so it's very hard to sleep comfortably. One of the handles on the two person sink is broken. The bathroom rug in front of the shower needs to be replaced. There are no places to hang towels near the shower. There is no entry rug from the balcony to come back into the room. The closet door is not level so it doesn't stay open. There is no place to sit other than the single vanity chair, so you can't just relax and watch TV. You have to be on the bed. One of the night desk clerks was great! His name is Nick. He was the most helpful person there. We were given a credit for the loss of the hot tub, but for the price we paid to stay in a penthouse, these things are disappointing.
