During our stay last fall, my wife and I booked a room here before embarking on a cruise. The staff were generally helpful and friendly, which made our stay pleasant. However, there was an unsettling incident that left us quite surprised. On a few occasions, it seemed like the hotel manager was closely observing or following us to our room. As are business professionals, we take privacy seriously and had placed a 'do not disturb' sign on our door. Despite this, the manager knocked on our door without any apparent reason saying its room service. When I inquired about the issue. I did not get the chance to speak with the manager until one day when he was at the front desk, I approached him., The manager said everything was fine and nothing to worry about, which made the situation feel quite uncomfortable and unusual for us.
