The apar**ent and the building are awesome. Customer service upon arrival was terrible, the 24/7 desk never answered the phone. We asked for a baby cradle and when we got there it was not there. We had to make one out and buy one the next day since it was already late.

The worst check-in experience ever. It is a wonder how these people stay in business when they have to be sent the exact same information multiple times and still can't manage to identify clients, prepare he keys in time, answer calls and provide answers to logical questions. Keeping people waiting in the lobby for hours on end and, forcing some of them to leave the appar**ent door open with all the valuable belonging inside due to negigence on Global Luxury Suite's part (they failed to provide keys in time) was just the beginning. All the kitchen utensils were filthy and customer service was unreachable. Shame on Global Luxury Suites and shame on ********** for being associated with this scam of a company.

For such a price it is better to stay at a hotel. You will find difficulty receiving your key, and the cleanness is worse, you will find the towel smelly, and everywhere with other's hair, and no one cleaned your room, but before you check out, you need to clean the room by yourself.
And when you phone the customer service hotline, especially the billing team, you will never get connected.

The property was great. Very clean. In the middle of the city with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I recommend this property.

Got put in a completely different apar**ent than shown on the pictures. The apar**ent we were in wasn’t even advertised anywhere. Having said that it was still a nice apar**ent it’s just not what we booked at all. We had to chase up the company multiple times to be moved but didn’t end up happening. We were then offered financial compensation but still haven’t heard back from anyone in nearly a week, so just another thing I’ll have to chase up.
