Terrible! It’s clean. However they don’t have room service. The “ so called” restaurant is not worthy of the word “ restaurant”. The free breakfast is consumed on disposable plates with plastic cutlery. The food is basic with no meat component.. Terrible attitude from the workers who transports you to the airport and who will ignore you. They didn’t collect us from the airport. We paid for an Uber. The establishment is, perhaps, one step above a hostel !!!!!!’ I will never stay there again !!! I really question the authenticity of some of the “ reviews”. It needs management intervention.

The room is nice, clean and hygienic, with its own parking lot, 18 dollars a day. There is coffee and hot water in the lobby, and it is convenient to drink hot water. The bath water is very good, I don't understand why the wash water is so small, I'm tired from flying, I don't bother to change rooms

This property is near to Airport. Starbuck, Subway, and Chipotle are very nearby.
Here some staff are very good but some of them are really bad. They were not very helpful.
We arrived a little bit late and they cancelled our reservation and gave room to others. We need to wait in the lobby for 3 ~ 4 hr for any room available.

Jennifer and Gio went above their duties to help us in many ways. Due to airline issues our room was ready and arranged for a ride to the port. When getting off ship we stayed here again and requested an early check in and our room was available when arrived. Easy check in and out hotel is so clean and even smells clean

The floor carpet was worn and should be cleaned or replaced. The microwave did not work right. The only cups were paper that can't be used in the microwave. Please put 2 microwavable cups in the room. Ceramic cups can also be used for a cold drink as opposed to a paper cup. Breakfast was ALL disposable items and was not eco-conscious. The neighborhood was sketchy at night.

The front desk clerk was ok, would’ve like to know about the additional fees before hand.
The bed was in horrible condition in room 502. Very uncomfortable. Only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes in the room and we were too tired to call for more. Should be more available in the bathroom
