The host Chris was amazing, and professional. Unfortunately the area did not seem safe for us and we weren't pleased with the room. It was small and dark and had a wet smell, the parking lot had people hanging out. We had to find another place to stay.

Absolutely the worst place that I have ever stayed. Bathroom door broken, closet door broken, run down with odor of cats (all inside the place), no continental breakfast. This place should not be recommended or on *******'s list. No restaurants in a 4 block area. Think. Ghetto

Super cute little hotel in a pocket! We stayed one night. Service was beyond amazing! And each room has a name and a theme 😀 really enjoyed.

Not a great part of town, room wasn't great, TV remotes didn't work, TV mount was hanging on by a thread, room smelled like fabuloso and cigarettes, there was literal poop outside of my door that I stepped in. Minimal amenities. Staff was really nice and let me check-in early and check-out late but the quality of the stay was NOT good and I definitely wouldn't come back

Very close to the public transportation. Nice and original decoration. Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend it.

it seems like it was in the 50s, not so much for the decoration but for the management! nowadays they still record credit card details on a sheet of paper, with all credit card details, including the CCV available to all employees. Throughout the hotel there is a strange smell that makes you sick. Overall it's not very clean. The room was full of dust and in 3 days, they never cleaned the room, even the daily cleaning was mentioned in the reservation. When I pointed this out to the staff, they responded that there was nobody available to clean. The worst of all is the continental breakfast, truly pitiful! basically there is only coffee and some poor quality packaged snacks, nothing else! I complained and they replied that this is the continental breakfast! I have traveled around the world but this is the first time I have seen a continental breakfast without toast or bread, butter, jam, juice, fruit and yogurt. There wasn't even any milk. This is a real joke. Even though we paid to have one breakfast, we had to go out to get another one. Area of ​​the hotel not recommended, it is full of homeless people and is dangerous in the evening

First of all, the decorations are beautiful. The staff is kind. The history is precious, the bed is very comfortable. This is where my positivity ends though. There were tiny little black bugs all over the countertop next to the microwave in our room. There was quite a bit of dust. There are no telephones in the rooms to call down to the front desk. The breakfast in the morning only had enough coffee for half a cup and it wasn’t refilled over an hour or more time span. The rest of this so-called breakfast was packaged granola bars, and oatmeal packets. I’m not even sure if there was premade hot water available for the oatmeal. Maybe you’re supposed to take it in the Styrofoam cup which is not microwavable and carried up to your in room microwave. Maybe I didn’t notice how you’re supposed to prepare it. I personally think that the cleanliness of a room is very important. I also think if you advertise breakfast, there are some industry standards. I wanted to love it. Maybe I’m just a bougie Karen I think a few extra steps and a little bit more attention to detail would go very very far however, I do love the foyer.
