Everything as far as the hotel was fine. But there was a problem with a couple checking in. I don't know what the problem was but it escalated when the hotel associate stepped out behind the counter. That should never happen.

The room was okay, I forgot to take photos.
Facilities: There is an ironing board in the room, where you can deal with shirts. gym, swimming pool
Hygiene: Overall OK, but it is recommended to bring your own towels
Service: If needed, can be provided
Environment: The scenery is nice. The photos were taken from the gate and the room.

We choose another property and ******* change the hotel for us and we have to say it was awesome. This hotel since you walked through the doors the front desk was very respectful and friendly, the rooms are wonderful and the hotel was extremely clean. Awesome. Just perfect. We recommend it to anyone.

I called 2 weeks ahead of check-in to confirm my reservation and confirm a late check in of around 11pm. When I arrived I was informed that the hotel was overbooked for the night and that my room had been given to another guest. Leaving my and children to find alternative lodging. Unacceptable from a Marriott. Will never book a room here again.

Reception/Greeting was very very unprofessional and rude. Cannot make the difference between an I and an L and therefore cannot check us in and almost sent us away instead of clarifying first. No Manager on duty to solve issues. Hotel is to close to the highway, so that you can hear the noise in the room.
