Great
GGIULIANOWe spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room.
Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from.
One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day.
If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay.
The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.
YYuk KokI stayed in the queen room with a bathroom in the room, and honestly, I wouldn’t book this option again. The room is much smaller than the ones without a bathroom — no desk, no chair, and barely enough space to fully open a mid-sized suitcase. And weirdly, it’s more expensive.
While the room itself is clean and the staff are lovely (no complaints there), the bathroom setup really wasn’t it for me. There’s no ventilation, so once you shower, the whole bathroom gets steamy and wet — and since there’s no shower separation, everything including the toilet gets soaked. Speaking of the toilet… it doesn’t have a lid, so every flush sprays out into the open air, which is kind of gross, especially in such a small, damp space. Also, there’s nowhere to put your clothes or towel while showering — no hooks, no shelf, nothing.
Unless having an ensuite is non-negotiable for you, I’d recommend booking a room without a bathroom. You’ll get more space for less money, and if you don’t mind using the shared facilities down the hall, it’s probably a better deal overall.
GGuest User1. Room comfort
The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere.
2. Location
The hotel enjoys a prime location, close to the station and city center, with convenient transportation. It is adjacent to Chinatown and shopping streets, and is also close to tourist attractions. The surroundings are beautiful and offer great views of Boston.
3. Breakfast
The breakfast was rich and delicious, simple but high quality, buffet style, everything was fresh.
4. Hygiene
The cleanliness of this accommodation is very good, the rooms are clean and tidy.
PPearl NohThe hotel is located near the beach, and it made my last day in Boston joyful by allowing me to fully experience the city.
The staff at the reception and cleaning sections are super kind, and they solved problems efficiently. I deducted stars because of the serving staff in the breakfast section. I missed breakfast by 9 minutes due to heavy travel and couldn’t get up earlier. When I headed down to the breakfast area, which I had paid for for two people, there was still a bit of food left. I was simply taking only two apples, as I knew the service was closing shortly. The staff member wrapping up aggressively took them out of my hands in a very rude manner. This made me quite upset, as I had never experienced anything like it before in any other Hilton franchises. As a result, I deducted two stars for this. However, the rest of the staff I encountered were kind, caring, and supportive.
Lastly, I didn’t use any water or payment-based products, but suddenly $6 was charged after checking out several hours later. The staff promised to return the money, and I hope everything concludes beautifully.
MMatthew PapinoThe hotel room's thermostat was set at 68 degrees F when we entered but we found it to be quite warm, so we turned the thermostat down to 65 degrees, then further to 62 degrees because the room was still quite stifling. Around 2:00 a.m., uncomfortable and sweating while trying to sleep, we called the front desk and told them that we had lowered the thermostat to 60 degrees F but that the heat was just as warm as when we first entered the room (there was no way to measure it but I'm guessing it was close to 80 degrees). The front desk told us that the thermostat only controls the heat; that is, lowering the temperature will not actually cool the room or turn the heat off. They told us that the only way to stop the heat was to turn it OFF. We were also advised to open a window, which we did; but the noise from the city outside did not help us get a good night's sleep at all, and the room took a while to cool down enough to be able to sleep comfortably. This one issue---the extremely warm and uncomfortable room---is enough to make us not return to this hotel in the future.
JJonathan LiemGood: Bed and sheets were comfortable, room was clean upon arrival, I liked the bathroom/shower design, the complimentary coffee each morning was excellent and worth drinking over going to a coffee shop. Trip.com said that food/beverage was not included, but received food/beverage gift cards for each day of stay, so this was a nice surprise when I arrived and helped justify the cost of staying at this hotel. This was the most affordable hotel I could find at the time, so it worked out better than expected.
Not so good: Mix of friendly and not-as-friendly staff at the front desk, bar, and housekeeping. The lobby smelled way too strongly of perfume - I don't know why it needs to be that strong, room was smaller than I expected, but perfectly adequate for a solo/couple.
CCheungWe have booked 2 rooms to attend our daughter’s graduation. Had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Was particularly impressed with housekeeping staff. Everyday we come back from a well cleaned room. There was one day when we were still in when the housekeeping staff came around and we told her to come back 2 hours later to do the cleaning and she did. Super efficient! Other staff from other departments that we come in contact with - the reception, the concierge were all very attentive and friendly making our stay truly enjoyable.
에에이미맘The room assigned to me upon arrival was not cleaned, so I had to wait to be assigned another room, which was inconvenient, and the fact that the cleaning was not done thoroughly was unfortunate.
I would have been upset if I had thought it would be as hygienic as Korea.
They cleaned the room every day, but they didn't change the blankets.
They just re-set them.
So there were hairs and cookie crumbs in the blankets. 🥲
I didn't want them to fight, so I cleaned them up~^^

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and essential amenities. However, some areas could use improvement—noise from the hallway was noticeable at times, and the Wi-Fi connection was a bit inconsistent.
Breakfast had a decent selection, though it could benefit from more variety. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the hotel provided good value for the price. I would consider staying here again but would appreciate some minor upgrades in service and facilities.
MMadisonLocated right in seaport, newish neighborhood walking distance from lots of major points in the city, harbor, north end, etc. Front desk was kind and welcoming. Room was clean and modern, fun lights to control the colors. I booked a corner queen so it was a tad bigger but as expected these are micro hotel rooms so much smaller than average, no fridge or microwave in room. The bed for sure did not feel like a queen size however. They definitely need some type of shelving in the showers if you use your own toiletries, absolutely nowhere to place them. Also the shower door leaks terribly, although the floor to the bathroom area is completely water proof, it still made a mess. The bathroom and bed areas are just separated by a curtain, and the wall to the shower and toilet is just a clear glass panel.
