In camera non si respirava, nel bagno la maniglia cadeva, non c'era nessuna colazione inclusa, solo bollitore e microonde. Come qualcuno già ha scritto le pareti sono sottili e il fatto che siano comunicanti dà non pochi problemi di privacy.

Top rating in the context of paying just €52 for a twin-bedded room (inc. City Tax), very close to Milan Centrale Railway Station. Easy to find (next to Crown Plaza Hotel and a Metro station). Nothing posh however linens, towels and room very clean. Bathroom fine. ...short walk for early train next morning. Perfect really

Location couldn't be better, Sondrio stop for the yellow metro line is literally on the doorstep. We stayed in the room with a private bathroom which is on the ground floor. The room was comfortable and clean, the only issue was the door provided no sound barrier at all and was right next to the lift, so there was constant noise of the lift beeping and people coming and going. Check out was very easy, which was helpful. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

worst hotel ever in my life, very dirty wasn't clean, still the under ware of previous guest on bed. Glass table was broken, electric plugs doesn't work. no light bulb. no fans nor AC, had to go to the supermarket and buy a fan for the hot summer night. the room we got was a dinning room with uncomfortable beds. basically they rented an old apartment , kept the furniture and but beds in each room and called it a hotel. Bathroom was not clean at all, still have souvenirs in the toiled from previous guests "if you know what i mean" the shower mixer is broken we had to shower with the hose.

I visited this hotel quite often Because my house is already full Because my house is already full So this is a perfect place for me and my family to enjoy I live in Miami Sunny Florida so everyone wants to visit me.. There is a manager here in Norma and a receptionist her name is Faye They always give me a very warm welcome . And they make me feel like family . This is a feeling that everybody wants to experience when they are away from home I've been coming to the embassy suite airport hotel in Miami for years now and They always give me the warmest welcome and are able to accommodate me with whatever I need . I just want to recognize them for their outstanding service.

The rooms are dirty and filthy. The furniture are old and broken. The walls are full of stains. Our blanket was so old and torn apart. The bathrooms did not have any soap. The shower area was very bad. The bathroom light died on the second night and nobody fixed it for the night after so we had to use the bathroom with our phone light. On the floors of our room there were dirt and dust. It is obvious that the owner does not want to spend a penny to keep this place inhabitable and nice. The place is close to the metro, that's the only positive side. Overally, it is a terrible place to stay, not clean and not well-kept.

Accoglienza pessima, stanza da incubo, sporco, bagno condiviso con altre TRE stanze. Possibilità di poter parlare con qualcuno zero. Servizio igienico da non commentare. Letti scomodi come anche il cuscino. Non consigliato. Bruttissima esperienza.

Sono stato due notti in questo pseudo B&B, prenotato da mia nuora ,la quale si è fidata delle foto,non leggendo le recensioni. Siamo arrivati all'accettazione è l'addetto ci ha accompagnato alla nostra camera ,dico la verità la prima impressione è stata ottima il palazzo bello .Poi è incominciato l'incubo stanza doppia invece che matrimoniale, due di noi una sola sedia niente armadio ma un appoggia abiti senza neanche una gruccetta frigorifero che aveva di funzionante solo la luce due appoggini per la valigia, per due soli due teli da bagno e basta tavolino di 50 centimetri, soffione della doccia con incrostazioni molto datate coperte sui letti da caserma nel bagno neanche una mensola per appoggiare gli spazzolini tutto al modico prezzo di95€ a notte non un furto ma una rapina sono convinto che le foto sul sito siano finte come le recensioni che parlano bene di questo posto.

Ho trascorso una notte con le mie figlie. Il Bagno tremendo. Boiler con la spina sopra il lavandino. Frigorifero con ciabatta appoggiata sugli scalini. Il pavimento apparentemente lucido ha fatto diventare in un attimo i calzini neri. Avevo chiesto un letto aggiuntivo e non lo hanno messo. 100 € per una notte davvero folle. Le foto messe sul sito non hanno nulla a che vedere con quello che abbiamo trovato. Unica vera comodità: la fermata della metro di fronte alla porta di ingresso.

Arrivati in stanza: puzzava continuamente di fumo e con un solo asciugamano (stanza matrimoniale per 2 persone). Ci siamo lamentati subito in reception, ma non è cambiato nulla. Bagno in comune più sporco degli autogrill, maniglia che veniva via appena si provava a chiudere la porta. Da una stanza all’altra si sentiva tutto anche parlando normale. Le ante delle finestre marce e Le porte non erano da meno. Rapporto qualità/prezzo: 1 Bruttissima esperienza non consiglio assolutamente, a dir poco inguardabile

Personale non competente. Arrivati in stanza: sporca, polvere ovunque (io estremamente allergico) e la stanza puzzava continuamente di fumo. Ci siamo lamentati subito in reception, ma non è cambiato nulla. Bagno in comune più sporco degli autogrill. Insetti ovunque e da una stanza all’altra si sentiva tutto anche parlando normale. Le ante delle finestre marce non restavano neanche aperte da sole, ma per tenere la finestra aperta dovevamo bloccarle con l’armadio. Le porte non erano da meno. Prezzo normale Bruttissima esperienza non consiglio assolutamente, ALLA LARGA
