Location was ok. Room i guess generally ok but mine was looking to back side and dark..

Wifi failed during the night & was still not working next morning. They were unable to do anything about it The rooms r ridiculously large with 2 tvs but one did not even turn on. There was no channel guide. No USB charging ports so if u do not have Italian plugs, u cannot charge ur phones.

Broken shower, poor breakfast (rancid, greasy ham), good desserts. Perfect location

Excellent hotel in Palermo adjacent to Piazza Politeama, clean and quiet rooms, very competitive prices for the standard it offers, exceptional location!

Fantastic location the hotel is in the center you can get around Palermo on foot. As for the hotel, I can say that we didn't sleep the first night because we were assigned a room on the first floor and the area below is also pedestrian, the noise didn't let us rest. They changed our room to one on the second floor but inside it is smaller and we solved it. Breakfast was not included so I can't rate the hotel staff as friendly enough. I would stay here again just for the location

El hotel no tiene parking. Cobran uno cercano a 25 Euros por día. El hotel no tiene rampas para entrar el equipaje. Hay que bajar unas escaleras estrechas para acceder al mismo. La calle de acceso està prohibida, en tonces hay que arrastrar el equipaje más de cien metros..
