Unprofessional and Unwelcoming.
From the moment I arrived, the receptionist a man in his 40s , was cold and unfriendly—no greeting, just a demand for my booking number. He was unprofessional, and none of the staff were dressed formally.
The hotel itself is poorly maintained, with thin walls, no AC in the rooms, and a dull atmosphere. There’s no elevator, so carrying luggage upstairs is a struggle.
I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

除了前台非常有禮貌也非常耐心以外，幾乎沒什麼優點，屋裡有暖氣，但是完全沒有用，冷的要死，加上他逆天的所謂被子的東西，完全就是一層薄布。成功的在我一整個旅途都沒出岔子的最後階段，給我一晚上凍感冒，第二天直接發燒影響了後續很多行程。還好前台還不錯，不然那個重複收我兩次錢的問題也不一定能解決

Well, after a booking cancelled of 4 hours off my arrival in Milan, this Hotel had spaces. I've paid over the odds but we didn't sleep in the street. The staff were aware off my late arrival and checked me in. The down side was the bathroom .Was separated from the room,but we did move on. Overall experience ok, could be better and could had been worse. The breakfast was basic. The location is ok given the transports around, underground, tram,buses.

The place is not good. First day when my nephew took a shower; water get into the bathroom (we order room with private bathroom). Before they are able to move to another room; we have to use share bathroom; that bathroom is dirty. When they moved us to the second floor with private bath room; the bathroom has broken faucet. It still function but you have to hold it if you want to turn it on. It take time to have hot water. The only good about this place is near metro station. About 6-8 minutes walking.

The last 'reasonable' rate and option in Milan
Fully booked Milan - the only option. I read that the service was bad, but they were even worse. The hotel has potential with new energy and smiles, but they have no emphathy. Sad for them. Come on guys. Put up some friendly signs, buy some flowers and put on your Italian smile. For one night it was adecuate but the rate is greeady. The can do it because of the hot Milan hotel market...
