The onsen quality was great, spacious and gentle to the skin!!
View from the rooms was excellent although can see n hear the oncoming traffic. Will visit again!

Very near from the Ski resort where we visit.(hunter mountain) Great place. Good staff accommodation. Huge and Clean room and beautiful surroundings. Nice view from our room. Relaxing air bath spring Bath. Hope to visit again soon. Highly recommended. Thank you very much.

兎に角部屋が汚かった
テーブルは、食べた後があってベタついてた
信じられません
素泊まりでしたが不快でした
そして空調から変な匂いもあり
寝てるとき咳が出てしまい最低でした

酒店寬敞 大堂地方很大
員工有耐性 服務態度好
但明顯人手不足 晚餐和早餐只有冰凍飯盒提供
要自己到大堂微波爐加熱 味道還好 但份量較少

今年の３月にリニューアルオープンと予約サイトで観たので綺麗なのかな？と思ったが、障子は破けていたり畳は毛羽だって刺さったり…老朽化が激しかった。
布団で寝たが…ハウスダストアレルギーの私は、夜中くしゃみが止まらず、顔も身体も痒くて…寝不足に…
テーブルの上のコップや湯飲みも埃が付いていて、一度洗って使用しました。
電気ポットは部屋にありましたが…手洗い場とポットの大きさが全く合わず、空のペットボトルに水を入れ、ポットにいれ直さないとポットが使えず一苦労でした。アメニティセットは無く、歯ブラシ&歯みがき粉のみ。
良かった面では、露天風呂が広かった事！
また、フロントに言えばバスタオルを交換してくれるので、何度も入浴する際、綺麗なタオルを使える面が良かった。
良くも悪くも、フロント以外でホテルの従業員の方とあわず、完全セルフなので素泊まりに慣れた方ならコスパも良いしオススメです。
部屋の窓に網戸が無いので窓は開けれずベランダもコンクリート部分が剥がれていたりヒビも入っていて、サンダルが無いので外に出る事は皆無。
入浴税を知らない方々(大学生位の男の子達)が、フロントで揉めていてたり、ガッツリ両腕·両足に刺青がある方々(タトゥーのレベルじゃない)もフロントで揉めていて…フロントの人が大変だなぁ…って思った。破格の値段なので、若くて弾丸旅行とかであればオススメだけど、家族でゆっくり…って方にはオススメしない。

食事の提供が冷凍弁当のみなので、コストを下げているのは良いと思うが、弁当を解凍するレンジが一階に3台＋離れた箇所に1台の4台のみなのは不便。食事はコンビニやテイクアウトが主になるので、せめて各階にもレンジをつけて欲しい。
部屋に入室してすぐに丸まったティッシュが落ちていて残念だった。
