The hotel experience has been terrible.
This guy scammed us big time. The room he provided stinked, had close to no amenities and was far from the images that were provided even when I paid full in advance.
Cherry on top Trip.com didn't help either. When I filed a complaint their representative called us claiming that he wanted to help resolve the issue but the only option she gave me was to either cancel and get no amount refunded or to stay at this shitty hotel which I had to because it was 4 degrees outside and that is the exact hassle I wanted to be saved from after a tiring Daewoo ride.
Highly Disappointed, there should be no stars at all on this review. 😠💢
