Excellent hotel, good rooms, delicious breakfasts, excellent location of the hotel itself.

This hotel does not specify a policy for children in the moment of the booking. When we tried to check in the receptionist asked for a child's birth certificate. According to the staffs words checking in with a kid is impossible without a birth certificate. No refunds will be made if the booking is canceled. By the way, no one even was concerned about me as about the guest until I didn't find a copy of the birth certificate. Even in the room for 2 ppl only 1 person can log in hotels wifi system. The breakfast was ok. The view was nice.

Amazing location, next to river, shopping and aside from spa/pool. Lots of amenities. Staff knows english, and helpful. Clean, modern style decorative with art deco inspired. Bit overpriced due to lack of strong alternatives.

Overall impression: I recommend it if the amount is comfortable for you Pros: 1. Location: everything is within walking distance 2. Delicious, beautiful breakfasts with a view 3. Soundproofing and the room is filled with various consumables: gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shaving kit, oral hygiene kit, cotton swabs 4. Comfortable bed, even the extra one Cons: 1. Cleaning only if you put up a card that you need to clean (this is ok, but we did not know about it) 2. Water is replenished only during cleaning, accordingly, if you did not put up a card, you did not get water (but you can take it at breakfast) For myself, next time I will choose this hotel, if there are no special offers for a similar level of hotels

Great location in the city center, we had a room on the 19th floor with a panoramic view of the city, attentive staff. Excellent, tasty and varied breakfasts, breakfast service on request. Very comfortable bed and mattress, slept great! But, the room we lived in 1902 already requires cosmetic repairs, shabby in places, especially in the bathroom.

The transportation is very convenient, the room is relatively large, the breakfast is very rich, and there is a shopping mall next to it, which is very convenient. You can go for a walk or ride around the lake nearby on weekends, which is very pleasant. I will go there again next time.
