Nice hotel, and the service was especially great. Some rooms just need a bit more maintenance. But the staff were very attentive.

Excellent service from the hotel staff. The restaurant (La Luce) also offers a diverse selection.

The service fully met my expectations. I especially want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of Jihed at the front desk. Always smiling, available, and very helpful, he greatly contributes to the quality of the experience. This isn't my first stay at the Hilton, and every visit when Jihed is present, I naturally turn to him. His sense of service, efficiency, and attention to detail make all the difference. A big thank you to him for his exemplary welcome and his constant commitment to customer satisfaction.

Highly qualified staff. Restaurant with a wide variety of well-prepared dishes. Very clean rooms. A pleasant setting.

Disappointing. The service was very bad. The air conditioning in the rooms was poor. The reception was bad. I don't recommend anyone to visit this hotel.

This is the second time I've booked with Hilton Skanes Monastir, and both times I've only been able to check into my room at 6 PM instead of 3 PM. On top of that, I'm injured and have health issues.

Thanks to the reception team, especially the assistant front office manager who took the time to discuss the quality of service.

The room service is truly deplorable and not at all what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. 🥵🥵🥵
