Had an excellent stay in really clean rooms with very nice zen decor. Breakfast was very good and service even better. I booked two rooms as it was a family trip and thus place was ver accomodating for children and kid-friendly. Location seemed a bit inconvenient first, but it was a matter of knowing and planning ahead to catch the buses passing by the hotel. The beach near the hotel is excellent and was only 4mn walk.

Disappointing in lots of ways the room was shabby and several of the lights were broken, also the bath plug didn’t work. I complained about it a couple of times and eventually they upgraded me to a newer room where these things did work but it was disappointing that I had to get quite upset in order to ask for the change. The breakfast buffet is not good and it’s quite expensive and the hotel is a long way from Cannes on sn industrial estate, you can access the sea but you need to cross two main roads to do so

This is an average hotel on an industrial estate next to an airport. Useful only if visiting said industrial estate for business. I had to move rooms twice due to excess noise from the hotel services. Lobby area and buffet breakfast were nice.

We stayed two nights at the Mercure Cannes Mandelieu and it was a great experience. The welcome is warm (thank you Pauline), the breakfast is complete and the staff is friendly, the room is spacious and comfortable and well soundproofed. Thank you to all the staff for this experience, special mention for the housekeepers who do a remarkable job.

Hotel accessible through a not very pleasant area. Beautiful decor of the lobby and excellent welcome by a very professional lady. I benefited from a privilege room completely renovated with taste and very good comfort. Magnificent bathroom. Room overlooking a patio whose window also overlooks access to the rooms which can at some point generate a little noise when guests pass by if we keep the window ajar. Parking is offered but street space is free and available.

Poorly maintained hotel and Manager having no reaction to feedback from its customers - safe not checked before arrival and not working (batteries) - parking access with bumps incompatible with a low vehicle - poor WC fixed to the ground, unstable and therefore causing a huge clicking noise each time it passes, especially at night. - shower rod not fixed - faucet with hole at the end of the temperature adjus**ent button - bedside table not fixed, mobile and tablet not holding without falling to the floor. - stains in the form of large *****s of glue on the elevator mirror All these problems were the subject of a discussion with the Director who offered us to change rooms (no desire to move our belongings for the 2 nights remaining). No repairs were made in 2 days other than the faucet. To be complete - evening catering with room service very good. - mediocre breakfast (very little choice)
