La atencion a cliente deja mucho que desear EL Gerente Reynaldo Beltran siempre a la defensiva, a pesar de que nunca recibió un mal trato de mi parte o mala manera de dirgirme a el, yo buscaba una solucion a mi problema y el muy grosero

Desde la llegada la experiencia es muy amena, arribé pasadas las 7am pero el check in era hasta las 8:30 por lo que hice tiempo en el restaurante fastory que está abierto las 24 horas, la comida muy rica y en cuestión de servicio eran muy atentos. De cortesía el hotel da un desayuno ligero o si lo prefieres ofrece un boleto para un almuerzo completo en fastory a precio más económico que a la carta. Todo el personal está comprometido en brindar una atención personalizada haciendo que tú estancia sea placentera, es la tercera vez que me hospedó en ese hotel en un lapso de 5 años y siempre disfruto mi estadía. También cuenta con guarda equipaje, así que si tú salida es después de las 12 PM puedes dejar las maletas sin ningún problema. Super recomendado.

Se me hace pésimo que pongan éste Hotel Fastos, en su página, si el Hotel no reconoce ningún pago, de ninguna aplicación. Y si quieres quedarte ahí, tienes que volver a pagar. Y hasta el día de hoy estoy esperando mi devolución. Ya que pague en la aplicación de Hoteles.com y volví a pagar en el estacionamiento.

No reserven por ******* porque no respetan la reservación.
Encontré cucarachas en el baño.
La cama super incomoda.
Las cajas de seguridad no sirven.
No me respetaron el desayuno que incluía.

Falta mejorar atención al cliente (Personal de turno nocturno), reserve y pagué por medio de hoteles.com y al llegar a mi check-in la encargada me dice que no aceptan pagos por medio de la página web y acto seguido procede a cobrarme de nuevo y decirme que ella no sabe que me ponga en contacto con la página web por el pago doble.
Condiciones del hotel bien a secas, se nota que ya es un hotel viejo pero cumple el propósito de ir a dormir solamente.
Publicidad un tanto engañsa decia que era "Desayuno continental" incluído el cual solamente era pan y cereal.
Alrededores del hotel no muy agradables, se percibe mucha inseguridad aunado que esta un poco retirado de las zonas populares.
De lo poco rescatable es referente a hoteles.com, me resolvieron el tema del pago y se me realizó la devolución sin problemas.
En general para planes de vacacionar no lo recomiendo, conviene gastar un poco mas pero qued**** en una zona mas cercana a las áreas populares.
