It was my first experience with Hostel and I couldn't have had a better experience! I confess that I was very scared because it was the first time I stayed in a shared room, I'm very shy and not very sociable... but both the environment of the place and the people who worked there made me feel very good. Congratulations to everyone involved!

mattress is paper thin, very bad pillow, very old bedding, bathroom is very bad, the toilet was dislocating, and it's very small. the shower does not have a box, the smell of the hostel is horrible, the kitchen does not have equipment, very bad breakfast, there is no air conditioning, only two fans are turned off, the window does not open, a lot of noise from the street, the installation is very old and poorly maintained . Un desastre.... Me cobraron a estadía dos veces alegando que no había entrado la plata. El servicio la verdad que más pareció que me hacían un favor... Cuando hice el descargo paara que me reembolsen, la mismísima dueña me dijo que por teléfono o email no pueden solucionarme... Que debería ir en persona. Tengo grabada la conversación. Deja mucho que desear... No lo recomiendo ni ahí.

A localização do hostel é muito boa, a poucas quadras da rodoviária tres cruces. A iluminação não é excelente, mas andei sozinha às 22h, sem intercorrências.
Luís e a equipe são muito prestativos e gentis. Consegui dicas de locais para passeio, transporte e reserva para vinícola Bouza com eles.
