Room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, I would come to stay again.

The room was average, no extra bed was available. The location was very convenient, close to the cruise terminal and the old town. The doorman service was very good, and the front desk was also good.

The room is very good and the service is good. Park your car and go in at the passage of the small street and wait for the rolling shutter door to open. There is a heated swimming pool on the 14th floor of the hotel. The scenery is very good. You can see the scenery of the old port. It only takes a few minutes to go to the pedestrian street.

I had booked it for two nights before. I felt very satisfied and stayed another night.

True to Fairmont, the heater is very old and noisy.

This is my second time staying here. Once again I enjoyed my stay . Very clean and the convenience of parking in the garage for a reasonable price with in and out privileges is a plus in my book .

This hotel was wonderful for visit to Montreal with teen daughter. All staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The room is modern, clean and quiet. Reception and Restaurant staff are lovely. Five minute walk to old town Montreal, which has many charming historic buildings. Views from pool on the roof are spectacular.

My boyfriend and I decided to visit for a 2 night 3 day quick trip and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and there are so many things within walking distance to do. They also offer parking in a parking garage which was nice and convenient. The staff was super friendly and patient. We will definitely be coming back for my birthday!

Property was nice and modern. The room was a good size, nicely decorated and modern. Only stayed one night so hard to rate the area. Restaurant food was very good. Only downside - there weren’t a lot of signs and it wasn’t obvious where to park.

The hotel was very clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. There were lots of attractions nearby and overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated with local flair. Great attention to detail in the room with charging stations, usb ports, chrome cast tv, motion sensor lighting by the bed and in the bathroom. We loved everything about our stay! Will return soon :)

The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The elevator to the parking garage was out of service 3 of the 4 days we were there. They had to bring us through the kitchen to the service elevator to get to the car which wasn’t great. But they did end up comping the daily parking charges. The restaurant was nice but my drink wasn’t good at all and the breakfast was mediocre but expensive. The rooftop bar was only open Wednesday when we got there but closed Thursday and Friday even though it said open daily which was strange. Overall it was okay I wouldn’t have a problem staying there again but wouldn’t go out of my way either.

The hotel was lovely and so were the rooms. The only downside was the super confusing parking situation with the lack of labeling. It took us and other hotel visitors a while to figure out exactly where the lot is and how to get in as there were multiple doors none of which labeled. Hotel otherwise was in a fantastic location.

Staff was very nice and helpful! Valentina is the best! Room was cleaned perfectly everyday smelled good
