Best All inclusive hotel ever visited Food was absolutely outstanding. Drinks were branded, snacks were plentiful and of high quality. Lovely quiet hotel with the most helpful staff , they really can't do enough for you . House keepers are excellent at what they do , with lovely touches of turn down at night and chocolates on your pillow We loved this hotel , we went to the beach every morning for a dip and a beautiful walk on the golden sands We lay by the pool all day , beds were comfortable and the bar service was superb , loved the drinks van the lady there was so helpful and delivered gorgeous drinks with a smile . We really didn't want to leave and highly recommend this superb hotel and will definitely be returning

This is an excellent top class 5 star hotel We are never disappointed and keep returning. The food and service is outstanding as usual. On this stay I visited the spa for the first time. 10 euros for 1 hour. Facilities include: pool, steam room, sauna. It was nice and quiet, I was the only one in there.

The hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing, the people that work at the hotel go above and beyond. l don't usually do favourites but every morning once we've had breakfast we go to the bar for smoothies and fresh coffee and are greeted by Aliou and his team who always makes our day. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are beautiful too. I would highly recommend the hotel for a restful stay.

We typically holiday at Ikos hotels but wanted a May Half Term week in the sun at a hotel that was of a high standard without the Ikos price tag. This hotel is excellent value for money and is of a very high standard. We had interconnecting rooms as a family of four, which were perfect. So spacious and super clean. The most refreshing thing about the holiday was not having to set an alarm to get up and get the sun beds as they were plentiful and always readily available. Whilst there are no other dining options at the hotel other than the buffet and Japanese restaurant, which would have been nice to have, the buffet food was very impressive. The entertainment was such a welcome addition from bingo to showgirls in the theatre room. The hotel is set on the beach, which is a really great one, (gorgeous sand and choppy waves) and took us one hour twenty minutes via coach transfer. I would definitely return to the hotel and am so pleased with the price we paid for what the hotel has to offer.

Hotel was nice, but i would not say it was 5 star, i particularly did not enjoy the dining room, the buffet always seemed like a bun fight, to be fair to the hotel they have two sittings to try and even it out, but it was always so busy, food was mainly o k, good choice, but would say not always the best quality, it could be the way it was cooked, tepid poached eggs floating in water are definitely not 5 star. Staff excellent the senior evening bar waiters looked like people from a James Bond film always smart . I would not bother with the swim up rooms again, they don't get the sun from about 3ish in the afternoon, but saying that the pool deck was always very crowded, I would not go to this particular Iberostar again, but we had a good time,

(We went here Christmas 2022 - not 2023 but reviews option won’t let me go back to then!) This hotel has the most fantastic food we have ever had on a canarian holiday. The buffets were spectacular every breakfast, every dinner. Quality and choice is outstanding. We were there over Christmas and it was very classily done. Had adjoining rooms with our teenage sons. Lovely rooms. Clean and bright. Everything you could need. Make sure you get a higher floor for the best views. Cavernous hotel, built into cliff face. Staff were lovely- although…very much catering to the whims of the European guests.. Swiss, German, Austrian, not so much English or Spanish was spoken by staff… The location was good, not lots to do, but right by the sea. Some wee cafes and restaurants which were nice for lunch. Short walk along the beach/pavements to the shopping area. Supermarket nearby. Nice walks to the left away from the ‘resort’ along beach and cliffs. We would return, for the food - outstanding, the views - fabulous - but to be perfectly frank, the arrogant unfriendly attitude of our fellow guests was off putting. Loud, demanding and sickeningly stuck up. The atmosphere is not friendly .We had a fab time in our bubble, but if you are expecting returned smiles from other guests, if you are from the UK, forget it! Luckily their rudeness made us laugh out loud!

Excellent in every respect . The hotel is spacious so not overcrowded and located overlooking an unspoiled beach . The rooms are kept immaculately clean and are plenty big enough with all necessary facilities . The restaurant is buffet style and can get busy at peak periods but the food & quality selection is first class . There are plenty of sun beds around the swimming pools so no need to reserve one . The theatre with regular entertainment is a great asset . Already booked to return next January .

We booked this for our honeymoon after reading all the wounderful reviews. We wanted somewhere we could relax after our wedding and still close to UK as we were leaving our young children at home for the week. When we booked through Love holidays this came up as an adult only holiday which is exactly what we wanted! This is no longer an adult only resort. We went all out with Star prestige and the room upgrade. As other reviews have said the hotel is nice and staff are faultless. The food is very good the drinks are premium. After a few days a family with a young Todler arrived in the room next door which meant we were kept up constantly with a screaming young child through the night! The parents just seemed to ignore! (The tv didn’t work so I couldn’t turn that on to drown out the noise.) When I mentioned to reception about the child/parents and the tv not working they offered for us to change room. We had paid a premium for the best room so didn’t want to be moved. I understand now the hotel is open to families but maybe going forward they should have a family room block and an adult only room block!? The hotel is large enough to accommodate that. I don’t think it’s widely known that this hotel is no longer adults only and many people like us will book for a quiet, relaxing holiday. The local town is worth a visit we hired the scooters and used the beach cycle path to visit it. The star prestige pool Area was fabulous and we enjoyed that. It is a quiet resort which is what we wanted, mainly Germans staying here who speak fabulous English and we enjoyed talking with them until we all drunk too many aperol spritz and translating became a problem 😀

Comfy beds, clean hotel, yummy food and even yummier drinks! There was a large selection of food to choose from and they changed the main options daily. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned daily with additional services available. Some of the cocktails were not included in the all inclusive but it specified which ones were on the drinks menu. The location overlooking the beach was an added bonus, was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
