The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk service was poor. I forgot the room for the leather shoes that cost 8,000 yuan after I checked out. They didn’t even look for them. I just said they couldn’t find them. If you check out after 2 hours, you will not be allowed in. Bad review!

To follow up from the exhibition hall, you have to cross a shopping mall because of road construction. When you go out of the hotel, turn right, go in through the entrance in Picture 7, and exit at the large supermarket (I forgot the entrance number). The exhibition hall is opposite!
I'm a bit tired of eating breakfast for 7 days, but overall it's pretty good, buffet style!

The attitude of the hotel front desk during CI was very average. Since we were staying for 3 people, we called the hotel in advance to confirm and booked an executive deluxe suite. At first, we were told that the third person would also get free breakfast. Later, I asked Ctrip to confirm that an additional payment of 1,200 rubles per day was required. As a result, I was told that I would have to pay an additional 1,950 rubles for breakfast, and finally counter-offered to 1,700 rubles. Because I was really tired at night and didn’t want to explain to the hotel front desk, Ctrip confirmed the breakfast amount. Later, I gave feedback to Ctrip and they were very proactive in helping to solve the problem.
The breakfast was quite rich, but no one even cleaned the room when I came back from my first day out. I called the front desk and said someone would clean it later. After waiting for half an hour, I called the front desk to remind me that the service staff came late.
The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the CBD area, next to the shopping mall, subway and bank. It is very convenient to travel and is within walking distance of the Expocenter.
