Cracks on the walls and dust smell every where. Lack of safety as they hanging very large photo above the bed with very old rope and too much dust to breath all the night. The Wifi too slow almost not working The ac not working The water in the bathroom have bad smell and color Overpriced hotel The hotel need major renovation from building to the furniture If you have kids with trollies it is not helpful too much stairs to cross. Not recommended at all you can much better options with better prices

This is my favorite Moscow hotel for past 3 years. Great breakfast and location next to heart of Moscow - Red Sq.

very good place near the red sqaure, but thr bed is traditional european style not so wide like chinese bed. Anyway very good breakfast and nice view

This hotel, over a century old, has hosted Lenin, Obama, and others. The interior is exquisitely decorated, and the rooms are very clean, though some minor damage to the amenities is present. The hotel is within walking distance of Red Square, and the breakfast buffet offers a view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the staff are highly qualified. The hotel consists of a main building and an annex, the latter requiring climbing or descending a flight of stairs. We booked a room two months in advance for over 1,900 yuan per night, but on arrival, the room was only around 1,500 yuan, and we were assigned to the annex for 1,900 yuan. It's recommended to book too far in advance, and it's worth checking prices using multiple accounts.

The rooms are a bit old, but the location is good. The check-in desk clerk was abrupt and English communication was limited. We booked two rooms for two adults and two children, but upon check-in we weren't given adjoining rooms and were on different floors, which was very inconvenient. If you have the same number of people, it's better to book one room to save money and hassle.

I have to go up three steps to enter the room. In short, it is to respect the ingenuity of historical buildings. Environment: There are many paintings hanging in the corridor, which can be sold and visited. The carpets in the corridor are also a bit old. They are clean and old. Service: This is a slot. I don’t know if it is because of the military parade. When the front desk arranged which room to stay for us when we checked in, they discussed it at the service desk for a long time with a strange expression. Finally, we were assigned several rooms in the back building. None of the windows could see the outside. They all faced the wall or the inside of the house. I thought it might be because of the special circumstances of the military parade, so I endured it. I also reminded everyone to confirm with them when checking in. It is very important to stay in the front building. The same money has different views. Location: Excellent! ! If you want to visit Red Square at any time, stay here. The breakfast on the second floor is very good. The environment is incomparable to that in China, but there are windows and tables facing Red Square, but you have to go down early, first come first served. Breakfast is 5500 rubles per person, which is quite expensive. Just eat it once and feel it. Next to the first floor is the famous Internet celebrity restaurant Doctor Zhivago. The environment is great and the service is very high-end, but you have to give enough tips. In addition, there is another wonderful place. The ATM machines on the top floor of the Hunter Mall opposite and the Four Seasons Hotel can use UnionPay savings cards to withdraw cash rubles. This benefit is the gospel of many people who come to Moscow without enough cash. (Visa Master and other credit cards cannot be used in Russia) It is not far from the GUM mall. You can go to the third floor of GUM to exchange RMB for rubles.

I carefully chose to stay here. The location is unbeatable. When you go out of the underground passage, you will see Red Square and the Kremlin. It is very close to Pushkin Cafe, Geological Museum, Zoological Museum of Moscow State University, McDonald's, KFC, convenience stores, etc. It is very convenient! However, the hotel is old, the facilities are average, the plugs are loose, and you can't use electricity without a converter. The toilet and bathtub are also very old, and the basin is pitifully small, but the bedding is not bad, and it is quite comfortable to sleep. The biggest surprise was that during my stay, there was a rehearsal for the Red Square military parade, and the intersection was closed. The hotel room card was the best pass, haha

The location is very good! Just across the street from Red Square, you can take the underground passage! The room is comfortable and the bed is relatively high! There is a Michelin restaurant on the first and second floors of the hotel!
