Excellent hotel , everything is great and with attention to little details. Awesome concierge, very attentive stuff. Love their spa, swimming pool and also sky bar ! One of my favorite hotels not only in Moscow but also worldwide. This hotel never disappoints.

This hotel was fantastic. We very very pleased with the room. It was clean, big, and with a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Шикарное место! Просторный номер, ванная, все очень удобно и к месту) телевизор разве что маловат для такого помещения и мало естественного освещения в угловом номере. Любители кофе по утрам отдельно оценят наличие капсульной кофемашины. Супер! Дизайн самого отеля тоже очень порадовал. В своё следующее прибывание обязательно хотим посетить спа комплекс. Надеемся, что он оставит достойное впечатление, как и сам отель в целом)

Отель никак не может соответствовать характеристикам 5* и Luxury, если за счет невозможности открытия окон (проветривания) и вездесущего ковролина в номерах и на этажах перманентно стоит затхлый запах. За 2 дня пребывания пропахли даже вещи в чемоданах! Это главный минус, перекрывающий все достоинства. Увы, но с этим надо что-то делать. Ставьте рекуператоры, модернизируйте приточную вентиляцию, меняйте напольные покрытия.
Зачем между ванной комнатой и спальней прозрачное стекло – загадка.

Отель не соответствует 5 звёздам и своей цене.
1) Мини-бар закрыли на ключ – так как мы не внесли 3000 руб. депозита!
Подумайте только: отель настолько не доверяет своим гостям, что закрывает мини-бар на ключ – вдруг гость, заплативший 15-20 тыс. руб. за ночь, съест лишнюю шоколадку из бара и не заплатит за это! Я такого нигде никогда не встречал, даже в обычных 3-звездочных отелях!
2) При заселении, уже подписывая анкету, обнаружил, что там адрес не мой, а моего однофамильца из Казани – но менеджер Алексей на ресепшн не стал переделывать анкету – мол, и так сойдёт – подумаешь, оформили проживание на совсем другого человека?
3) На панорамных стёклах остались отпечатки рук предыдущих гостей – пришлось звонить и просить, чтобы это исправили.
4) Сами номера, видимо, не ремонтировались лет 15, с момента строительства отеля. Под тумбочкой моток проводов.
5) Из плюсов: бассейн очень понравился; завтрак тоже великолепный (икра, угорь, красная рыба, сыр с плесенью, свежевыжатый сок).
