Jidaozhai is not big, but it is very quiet. Walking slowly along the stone road, a wooden house has a history of hundreds of years and carries the lives of generations. along the way, there are enthusiastic villagers who take the initiative to greet us and ask where we are from, which makes people feel particularly kind. The proprietress Aqin prepared a hearty dinner for us. The corn was just picked from the field, fresh and sweet; the ribs also happened to catch up with the pigs killed in the village on the same day, which was very fresh. Everyone tastes Miao's specialties, while drinking from rice wine to spicy wine, then to red rice wine, while eating and chatting, the atmosphere is particularly warm. Sleeping very fragrant at night, awakened by the long-lost rooster in the morning. One person, a bowl of sour soup egg noodles, opened a new day. The next day, we were very lucky to catch up with the folk performances in the village. French tourists were excited to see it, and finally sang a French song to give back to the villagers. The guesthouse was great—clean, hygienic, and with a great riverside view. They even upgraded our room because it was the off-season.
