Mercure Hotel Windhoek
"The lady at the front desk said no to everything. The bathtub didn't even have a plug, so it was unusable. A staff member just walked into my room without knocking. The furniture is old. On the positive side, the breakfast selection was quite varied."
Kate's Nest Guesthouse & Backpackers
"It took quite a while to walk to the supermarket. Also, there was construction going on during the day. There was a toilet that didn't lock. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable."
Arebbusch Travel Lodge
"This is one of the most comfortable and beautiful place and the service is unmatched."
Avani Windhoek Hotel & Casino
"WiFi, a bathtub, big and small. There are shopping malls and supermarkets downstairs. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the scenic spots. The sunset on the 15th floor of the top floor is very beautiful. It is the best hotel in the city."
Hotel Uhland
"I stayed at Hotel Uhland in Windhoek for four weeks with colleagues during a business trip, and it was an excellent experience overall. The rooms and all the facilities were always very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay each day. The staff at the hotel were consistently friendly and went out of their way to help with anything we needed, whether it was local recommendations or assistance with plans for weekends. The hotel’s relaxed atmosphere was perfect after long workdays, and it’s clear that guest comfort and satisfaction are a priority here. I truly appreciated how attentive and accommodating the staff were throughout our stay. If you are visiting Windhoek for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hotel Uhland for its great service, cleanliness, and friendly team"
TaTe Village
"A good option for its price👍"
Malrose guesthouse Tours And safaris Windhoek Namibia Airport Shuttle services available
"Very good customer service, the rooms are clean. The guesthouse is situated at a good location"
Livega House
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Livega. Our suite was spacious, very comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff was so very kind. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. Internet worked very well. The shower was large with plenty of hot water. Please be advised that there are many steps and no elevator."
Hilton Windhoek
"Great hotel with swimming pool! Recommend you!"

The Weinberg Windhoek
"Lovely staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated."
Hotel Heinitzburg
"My business trip coincided with the Easter holiday, so I booked the Heinzberg Hotel. The hotel is quite unique. As it is an old hotel, the facilities are a bit old, but the service and scenery are really good, and it is worth it to experience it for one night."
Windhoek Country Club Resort
" The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout. My room was clean and comfortable. Great location, peaceful grounds, and excellent value for money."
Belvedere Boutique Hotel
"Very friendly staff. All rooms are furtnitured very nicely. The entire hotel complex is very well maintained and beautiful. The pool and its surroundings alone are a reason to stay here. Also enough place for parking. "
Auas Safari Lodge
"Staff still remains unmatched, the warm welcome even over the cold wintery weather. Family's present especially over holidays."
Protea Hotel Windhoek Fürstenhof
"Wish I could give this a good review or even say it was average. Love the Protea Line of Hotels. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated and worn. They moved us, as I was deeply concerned when the last time the Aircon Units had been cleaned in the first room. They appear to be updating room by room. They really need to invest more in property. The Staff were fine. The younger Staff were outstanding."
Coco Palm Bed & Breakfast
"This hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and Chinatown. It has a yard where you can park your car safely. We drove for two days to Etosha National Park, and our car was covered in dust. There was a water hose in the yard, and the girl at the hotel allowed us to use it to wash the car. Thank you so much!"
Hartmann Suites Serviced Self-Catering Apartments
"Loved staying here. Central location Helpful Comfortable Enjoyed our time here and would stay again!"
House on Olof Palme
"Great place to start our trip in Namibia! Lovely house, warm people!"
Guesthouse Terra Africa
"We stayed here on the first day of our tour and again on the last. The rooms are fine and the breakfast is extensive. The garden is beautiful but could use some updating. Some chairs are broken and the pool looks dirty. The staff is helpful and friendly. We wanted to go into the “town” and they arranged a taxi service with Simon. He takes you there and picks you up because the guesthouse is too far to walk. We had lunch once. They have a small menu."
Hilton Garden Inn Windhoek
"overall good but staff. 👎"
The Olive Exclusive All-Suite Hotel
"We had two nights here, one at each end of our trip and whilst I’m sure it is perhaps luxury by Windhoek standards, it’s not compared to the camps we stayed at in between. All very pleasant and the room was nice, but the food was so-so and it’s a little way out, and I wouldn’t have felt safe walking into the centre from there - that is no doubt because I’m not used to places where every property seems to be gated and have barbed wire around it, which is obviously not the hotel’s fault, but I just think it would have been better being more central."
Hillside Executive Accommodation
"Highly recommend Hillside. Excellent staff especially Cliffort, helpfull and friendly. He went out of his way to assist us in the rainy weather, you are appreciated. Arranged a shuttle for us from our training centre to the accomodation."
Villa Moringa Guesthouse
"Definitely not worth 5 stars! The entire building is extremely overdue. Broken chairs and sunbeds, mold running from the pools. The breakfast was very poor. Some fruit, white bread and yogurt without bowls to put it in. We had a good laugh about it and are glad we went out for a nice meal last night instead of eating here. The room was full of dead moths, but was okay for a night. Few staff walking around and those walking around can't even say hello."
