Not on Kenting Street, but very close. Very quiet, looking out from the balcony is Kenting National Forest Park, blowing wind on the balcony at night is very comfortable! The rooms are quite large, with large wardrobes, the facilities are very clean, the owner is very good, helped to contact the snorkeling, the breakfast was made by myself, praise!

Booked a sea-view quad room for three adults and one child. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and bright. All the staff, including the cleaning ladies, were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven and various restaurants right next door, and Nanwan Beach is just across the street – perfect for kids to play in the sand and burn off energy. Overall, we had a very satisfying experience and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was huge, even featuring a large bathtub 🛀. The common area offered a great selection of drinks, bottled water, snacks, and instant noodles, plus a good variety of books and comics. The owners were both very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel Review (Accessibility & Safety Concerns): The location of this hotel is very convenient — it is close to the beach and within walking distance to the night market, which is definitely a plus. However, overall my stay was not very comfortable. Inside the room, the floor is not completely even. While it may not seem like a big issue at first, it could easily become a tripping hazard, especially for older guests or anyone not paying close attention. The bathroom is also not separated into dry and wet areas, which makes it more slippery and less convenient to use. Another important point is that the hotel does not have an elevator. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs can be quite inconvenient, particularly for elderly guests or those with heavy bags. Although the interior design may look quite stylish or luxurious at first glance, in reality it feels impractical and raises safety concerns. There are other small details as well, but I will not go into them here. I understand that different properties have their own limitations, and I am sharing this from a personal perspective. I hope this information can be helpful for future travelers when making their decision.

If you're looking for a place to truly unwind in Kenting, I highly recommend 35.5. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, and the bed was just the right firmness, ensuring we had excellent sleep every night. I especially loved the minimalist design of the room; it felt very calming and uncluttered. Even though the hotel is right by the main street, the soundproofing was surprisingly effective, completely blocking out the noise from outside. Xiaowan Beach is less than a 5-minute walk away, so we could easily stroll down to the beach in the evening, dip our feet in the water, and then return to the room for a relaxing bath. It was the perfect way to melt away all our stress. A big thank you to the guesthouse owner for providing such a wonderful space, allowing us to recharge before heading home!

This is an older resort hotel in an excellent location to reach the nite market and other shops. Bit occupancy is lacking and the hotel feels desolate

Just across the street is the beach, and the place is beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable, with a great location near the aquarium. Breakfast was simple and nice with sandwiches. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. We arrived late and nearby restaurants were closed, but the owner kindly helped order seafood dinner from a local restaurant for us — and it was delicious. A truly warm and lovely place to stay.

Homestay was amazing! Room was so cute, clean and nice. Service was also good. Only con was that there was no handsoap in the room.

Staying for three nights this time, the price is more than 8,000 yuan including breakfast for three guests. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style. I think breakfast is very nutritious. Cream and jam are individually packaged which is a plus There is no parking space in the basement, so you need to park in the special parking lot in the next alley. Only inconvenient when it rains The hotel has a swimming pool, billiards and billiards in the basement. It's quite nice. It won't be boring if it rains. The hotel is of an old style, so the room and toilet should not be too demanding. The air conditioner in the room is very cold The hot water heats up quickly and the water flow is strong, making it easy to wash. Unfortunately, the hair dryer is nailed to the wall. Long hair takes a long time to blow dry

The service attitude is very good, the CP value is high and breakfast is included, the room is clean, there is a swimming pool, children love it, it is a bit away from Kenting Street, but our itinerary is snorkeling in Houbi Lake, so the location is very good for us, overall They are great!
