Pingtung Mountain view Hotels

We received a warm welcome from the host. The location is perfect as it's a couple minute walk to the Kenting Express Bus stop and our day tour pickup point. The building is a short walk to Kenting's Main Street so the setting is quieter and nicer than many of its competitors. The room is very clean. Last but not the least, the breakfast is fantastic. It's freshly cooked, healthy, and the food appears to be locally sourced. Overall it was a pleasant and great stay at MaMaLuLu.

the owners were pretty chill and helpful as they recommend places and drove us to and from the XiaoWan bus stop, the room is huge and has a smart TV and apparently a small balcony even if the room's on the 1st floor. the location of the hotel is pretty far from Hengchun and sometimes the bus time schedule gets unpredictable, the nearest 7 eleven is less than a 8 minute walk away. the closest beach was Small beach that i didnt get to visit but being near the coast was very beautiful. you could have a run in the sunrise, its lovely Kenting was actually breezy rather than hot in April

Booked a sea-view quad room for three adults and one child. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and bright. All the staff, including the cleaning ladies, were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven and various restaurants right next door, and Nanwan Beach is just across the street – perfect for kids to play in the sand and burn off energy. Overall, we had a very satisfying experience and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

I was very satisfied with this stay. It was my first time in Kenting, and I chose the Caesar Park Hotel. I pre-booked the shuttle from Zuoying, Kaohsiung, and everything went smoothly from the start. We arrived at the hotel in over two hours. Although it's 40 years old, the hotel is very well-maintained, the decor is modern, and the service attitude was excellent. Upon check-in, the front desk gave us dining vouchers for the Little Bay Bar and the hotel lobby bar. Sitting on Little Bay Beach opposite the hotel in the evening was very pleasant. The food at the lobby bar was also delicious! The room came with new flip-flops, which were quite comfortable. All the facilities are new, there's a coffee machine, water dispensers on every floor, and self-service washing machines and dryers. The room also had complimentary drinks and snacks, and the soundproofing was excellent! Even with a garden view, it was still very beautiful, and you could see the mountain scenery. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of Kenting Main Street. The lobby has bicycles available for rent, and there are also Ubikes outside. Taxis are also quite convenient! You need a ********* ID to rent a car. Breakfast was also good and quite varied. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience!

We contacted you in advance to arrange luggage storage, yet when we arrived there was no one there and it took a long time to get hold of anyone. Why couldn’t an access code have been provided before our arrival so we could store our bags without unnecessary delays? When we eventually managed to contact someone, it turned out that only the cleaner was on site. We were repeatedly told to leave the front door open with all of our belongings in plain view while there was no reception staff present. How is that a reasonable or secure way to treat guests? We returned at 4:00 pm for check-in and once again spent around 15 minutes trying to reach someone because there was still no one available. Another resident even told us that no staff member would be coming that day. When we finally got through to someone, there was no apology whatsoever for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, only one towel was provided for our stay. The noise on the first floor was excessive, and the door lock did not feel secure. I have stayed in many budget hotels, including some that were unclean or poorly maintained, but this has been by far the worst experience due to the complete lack of customer service and the apparent absence of even the most basic procedures for running accommodation. Is this really how you treat your customers?

Excellent value for money, clean and tidy! It's about a 10-minute walk from Kenting Street. The staff were friendly and polite. We stayed in a unique two-story loft room, and this time it was a One Piece themed room, which made the kids very happy.

I was extremely impressed with the care and attention paid to guests throughout the duration of my stay. Staff couldn't do enough to help, and you really felt they were going the extra mile. Would definitely look to come back!

Just across the street is the beach, and the place is beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable, with a great location near the aquarium. Breakfast was simple and nice with sandwiches. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. We arrived late and nearby restaurants were closed, but the owner kindly helped order seafood dinner from a local restaurant for us — and it was delicious. A truly warm and lovely place to stay.

Homestay was amazing! Room was so cute, clean and nice. Service was also good. Only con was that there was no handsoap in the room.

Staying for three nights this time, the price is more than 8,000 yuan including breakfast for three guests. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style. I think breakfast is very nutritious. Cream and jam are individually packaged which is a plus There is no parking space in the basement, so you need to park in the special parking lot in the next alley. Only inconvenient when it rains The hotel has a swimming pool, billiards and billiards in the basement. It's quite nice. It won't be boring if it rains. The hotel is of an old style, so the room and toilet should not be too demanding. The air conditioner in the room is very cold The hot water heats up quickly and the water flow is strong, making it easy to wash. Unfortunately, the hair dryer is nailed to the wall.
