Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and a hot-spring bath can be reserved for private-use as well. JR Jomokogen Train Station is a 20-minute drive away. The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. A flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box and an electric kettle are included in each room. "It was a sudden reservation for a night stay I was glad to have chosen here for a very polite response! The facilities, interior, atmosphere of the room, and hot springs were also very nice and I had a very good night!"

LLammieWorth the price if you’re looking for authentic Japanese food and ryokan experience. Comfy private indoor onsen. The staff are really nice and can communicate in English via good translate. They has a shuttle to Minakami Station when we checked out.

GGuest UserIt's a bathing place, but there is no shower room in the room, so you have to go to the public bath to take a bath. The service is also average, it seems polite, but the corridor is carpeted, and no one is willing to help you with your luggage when you check out, so you can only pull a suitcase cart back to the room to take your luggage.

GGuest UserOur visit to this hotel was perfectly adequate. The traditional setting provided a nice sense of atmosphere, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The onsen facilities themselves were clean and relaxing, meeting our expectations for a hot spring experience. Our room was spacious, but the amenities felt a little dated and could use some refreshment. Dinner and breakfast were included, offering a standard array of Japanese cuisine that was palatable, though not exceptional. The staff were polite. Overall, it's a safe and decent choice if you're looking for a no-frills, standard onsen hotel experience.

AAnonymous UserThe quaint homestay was rebuilt, the facilities were old and simple, but as a hotel, there were some and clean. The administrator and cleaner is an elderly and kind woman. Although the language is not spoken, she smiles politely.

GGuest UserWe stayed for one night in late November. It was a shame that the autumn leaves were at their final stage. The tofu kaiseki cuisine was delicious, tasty, and colorful. Many of the surrounding hotels and inns have closed, so the scenery feels lonely. I recommend this place for those who want to enjoy both the baths and the food.
