"I have stayed at this hotel before, hence my return when I knew I wanted to propose to my girlfriend in St Tropez. Eva was wonderful and helped sort everything for me and make it a perfect setting for the occasion. The amenities are fabulous and the views of the French Riviera from the hotel are amazing. Staff are polite and will do anything to make your stay more comfortable. It is such a short distance from the centre of St Tropez. When vacationing here there is no other hotel I will stay at!"

"The hotel is located 35 min walk from the town otherwise 10min of drive to the city. The reception service is excellent, very helpful and polite. The pool and the jacuzzi is heated even during the winter, and kept clean and tidy around, it was enjoyable to use it in the morning. The room I had was classic, but my room was upgraded from a classic to family when I arrived. The room kept clean and tidy each day! The things like a rob and slippers are not provided, but it was a pleasant stay and going to come back again."

"Could be perfect but … unfortunately the service of the terrasse bar was not at the level. 2 of us were freaky with eating, the other one not. The waiter took the placemat away from under their plate!!!! Because “the boss aka us to do so”???? I was for my part so angry that I told him to take my plate too as I did not intended to finish eating under those conditions. The guy was definitely not a professional and I cannot imagine that the instruction were as he told us. I did not ask to talk to the manager as it is not my style and I did not wanted to destroy the evening more but I think I should have. This aside the place is a dream for the view and the quietness around. The facilities are top level"

"This hotel is a hidden gem in Saint‑Tropez! We received some of the best service we’ve ever experienced — the staff was incredibly accommodating, and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful time from start to finish. I do want to be honest and mention one thing: there are a lot of bugs. It’s to be expected in Saint‑Tropez, and we learned from the guest relations manager that it was butterfly season, which certainly explained it. It would have been helpful to be pre‑warned upon check‑in, just to mentally prepare for it. That aside, the room, the stay, and the overall experience were truly amazing. We felt so well taken care of, and we’ll definitely be back on our next visit to Saint‑Tropez. Thank you Karim, Simon and Lucile & the full team for making our stay so memorable!"

"We arrived in Saint Tropez at 10pm, and got instructions from hotel how to get to the room. Around 11 pm we was next to the gate, we enter a code , in fifth time gate was open. We enter with car inside. To the right in was a hotel itself. In description we got from the hotel our room was a up at the stairs. We checked all doors! All doors was closed! We started to call to hotel , no one pick up phone ! And it was just 11 pm . We was making car signal , no one was around ! On the way back a gate was shut down !!! We was locked inside territory of the hotel! We called taxi, no one reply , coz it’s not a season ! Only one hotel with a price room 500€ sent a taxi for us ! We climbed of a wall 3 mtr to get out !!! We lest our car inside !!! In the morning taxi took us same location!!! So it is mean we enter right destination!!! Google maps also say same location we came a night before !!! Hostess texted us to took a car in the morning or she will give us fine 2000€ ! Interesting how we was supposed to took a car if a code not working??? And who was inside if after 100 car signal no one came to us ??"

"Outrageous expensive for what they are offering! Everything is poor and shabby! The personnel is very unpleasant, not polite at all and giving you a very bad feeling. The property is located on the main drive way and thus very noisy. Everything is old and of low quality - the prices they are asking they are far for being justified!!!!! They are asking hotel prices for a shabby place. For breakfast you have to buy water , otherwise you do not have it!!!! The garden of the property looks awful! Their only aim is to get a lot of money for nothing ! The rest does not count! Keep away! On the same strret there are better properties to select!"
