Everything would have been great (beautiful, spacious room with a wonderful view, good staff) if it weren't for the cockroaches in the room :( Breakfast wasn't super – just pasta, gravy, and toast with butter and jam. Honestly, it really would have been a perfect room, but the cockroaches were a major letdown.

While it's great that check-in is available from 12:00 PM, the front desk was very busy, leading to a long wait. My reservation stated I would have a room with a window, but the room I was assigned had none. The ventilation was poor, and the room became uncomfortably humid after a shower. I booked a stay with breakfast included, but when I went to the breakfast area, nothing was prepared, and staff told me it started at 8:00 AM, even though my reservation said 7:00 AM.

The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel and the Gateway of India. However, the room wasn't very clean; there were black hairs, even though they were just finishing cleaning when we arrived. The breakfast was sparse: boiled eggs if you were lucky, otherwise Indian paratha, some spicy sauces, but toast with butter and jam, plus hummus, saved the day. You could also wait around 10 minutes for coffee. And there was always a queue; the breakfast area was tiny.

Hotel room very old but clean, very clean bedding and pillows, same for towels, I was kept awake all night by the people who’s doing renovations because believe it or not at 4 in the morning they where still shouting listening to music at very high volume hammering around etc! I wouldn’t recommend it, not worth the money you’re paying for a small room whit no windows at all! Won’t be back

Not very clean room! Could improve hygiene of the hotel. Location is excellent if it's your first time in Mumbai. Dont stay longer than 2 days.

Unfortunately, the photos are different from reality. The furniture is very old. The bedsheets, towels, and bed cover were very dirty. There's no water kettle or anything else in the room. The street noise is very disturbing. The hallways are a gloomy black color. The bathroom had a bad smell, mosquitoes, and very old fixtures.
