I booked this hotel from the company staff and the room was smaller than the pictures they posted

Excellent location. The breakfast spread has improved but I still miss the good old days with hot and fresh parathas being served in the mornings.
The hotel is going through some renovation but overall a great stay. Just one complaint - I have had to wait past 2 pm, having arrived at 11 am for check in as the rooms were not ready. Got I little impatient at 2 pm because I saw others who came after me but they had already been allocated their keys. I was with a young child and landed on an early flight hoping for an early check in. We then ventured off for a massage nearby hoping that our room would be ready in time by 2 pm (official check in time). However, it wasn’t ready until 2:30 pm and therefore I will not give full marks for the service.

The room was in excellent condition every time I came back from lunch. Spotless in every way. KOSHER, SARWAM AND DURAI were great at there house keeping. I was impressed. A+++

Their rooms were pretty clean. The breakfast was repetitive but sufficient. Pravin Kishore Durai cleaned our room and we were very happy with it. The rooms were decently sized, bathroom had slightly old fixtures, but sufficient enough for us.

The rooms are very clean, the food hygienic and tasty, the staff is all courteous and always eager to help by all means, the ***ager, the overall hotel vibe is all so positive, this is my second long stay here and i am happy that i again chose hotel bawa suites

Second time staying at Bawa Suites in tge last 6 months. Very comfortable. Staff are friendly. Sanchit the door*** is the BEST. Definitely your go to guy. Sp very helpful. He should be the International Concierge for Bawa Suites. Smiling Samson in the restaurant is very helpful with menu suggestions and altering things on the menu to accomodate to your needs. Sadaf makes the best coffee. These staff members in particular make you feel like you are their number one priority.

Great location close to good restaurants and coffee shops, clean, good rooms, friendly staff. Checking in and out efficient. Good choice of food for in room dining with daily included water and free internet Nice breakfasts. House keeping staff helpful.

The hotel is comfortable and modern. The staff is amazing. Friendly, professional and always polite and kind. The service was always amazing. Cannot wait to go again. Kishor, Sarwan and Sachin on the housekeeping staff was amazing and always friendly making sure I always have everything I need.

Thankyou to everyone at Bawa Suites...from Suresh who met me at 3.00am when I arrived, to Samson who looked after the kitchen, to Sanchit the door*** who provided untold knowledge and help, the ***dinda and the boys at reception who were wonderful help. Food is amazing, rooms big and comfortable and if you are having dental work you are next door to the dentist. having so ***y other people also having dental work at this hotel gives you a fantastic support base and a great way to make friends so you don't feel so isolated.
