Hotel Golden Sagar

Location is very very poor, unhygenic and completely chaotic. Amenities and services were worse. Rooms are too small and staff is rude.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The property looks good online, but the reality is entirely different. The hotel is poorly maintained, with unhygienic conditions and a severe mosquito problem. The staff behavior was unprofessional, and the service was almost nonexistent. They have an attached restaurant with equally poor service—our food took over an hour to arrive, and the prices were inflated. For example, an item listed at ₹100 was charged at ₹150. When questioned, they simply dismissed it as a "mistake." The worst part was the bathroom, which was in a horrible condition. Large worms and insects were present, making it completely unhygienic. When I raised this issue with the staff, they casually replied in Hindi, "Baju me nala hai na, sab aata hai, tension mat lo", meaning "There is a drain nearby, so these things come in. Don’t worry." Such a response is unacceptable. This hotel is neither worth staying at nor safe for guests. I strongly advise against booking a stay here.
