AAnonymous UserHuge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist.. had the wet wooden smell. Breakfast was okish. Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.

GGuest UserThe yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

YYUHotel facilities are old, and the various switch settings are quite different. The toilet pulls the door and does not move. The curtains and blinds were pulled up and put down for 5 minutes... The restaurant service was garbage. I ordered two dishes with the guests. After 40 minutes, the guests complained that the food was slow, and the waiter did not accept the account, causing the guests to be unhappy. Breakfast is not rich.

AAnonymous UserThe property is at a good location by the airport. It is very well constructed and the design is royal and lavish. I had a good time at the gym and the steam and sauna afterwards. The room is quite nice with a comfortable bed. Coming to the downsides: 1. We found that one of the cabinets was riddled with fungus. 2. The TV in the room could have been better and smarter. (We basically had to call for the TV remote and had to figure out a way to screen share from our phone to watch content) 3. The food is just okay. 4. The pool and the surrounding area aren't clean and maintained. The thing which annoyed us the most was the cold service and hospitality. Aside from a few selected people the entire staff acts as if they are doing you a favour. There is little warmth and courteousness. We booked a five star hotel but received 3 star hospitality. Won't book again.

AAnonymous UserI stayed for 2 nights on Friday and Saturday. The first floor was a club, and the music was echoing with a lot of explosions from around 20:00 to around 26:00. Recommended for club lovers. It is good because it is close to India gate and each tourist attraction, but it is painful in the lack of sleep. The window in the room is not key. Easy to intrude. The bathroom is so water pressure in the shower, the window is not completely closed, and there is no net door and the insect is easy to enter. No toilet paper. No toothbrush. There is body soap and shampoo. No conditioner. Breakfast is not rich in variety, but not bad. The breakfast venue is quite difficult to understand. The breakfast venue staff is blunt, but it is effective and kind. In the morning, there was a newspaper at the entrance of the room. The hotel corridor and stairs are relatively clean. There is a PC work desk, but the chair is high.
