It's a four flight walk up with no lift. My duvet cover was shredded and had what was either food or a bloodstain on it. The sheets were stained and had multiple cigarette burns. I got flea bites in the first hour of staying on my hands, arms and legs. Please don't stay here.

The room is not the same as the picture it s really bad and they stole my money cause I did not stay there more than 1 day but I payed already and didn’t get refund and nothing.
Worst hotel in India…and I see a lot of bad one in 5 years travelling.
Just don’t go here if you want to enjoy Mumbai

Visited this place on a quick trip to dadar, Mumbai. I went to the hotel, but to go to the reception you need to go to the second floor and the stairs are too long to climb. It's like a temple to climb on. The reception guy needs to be more guest oriented, they don't have basic knowledge to deal with clients. You need to pay only in cash , if you pay by card they levy 18% charges extra. Gpay also they don't have. Coming to rooms , the rooms are small, dirty and old school rooms. There is no place to keep the suitcase if you travel with big bags. The linens are not clean. Overall the experience was very bad, I changed the hotel in 1 hour and opted for another one.
