Hygiene: quite clean
Environment: Very close to the subway station, very convenient to go anywhere
Service: The waiters can all speak English and have a good attitude
Facilities: Very good. The twin room has a small sofa, a rack for hanging clothes, and two bedside tables.

Basic budget hotel. Location is excellent, 1 minute to the nearest station, 5 minutes to Marienplatz. Beds comfortable, bunk beds not very comfortable. Pillows not very good. Towels provided. Shower very good. Clean room Luggage room so luggage can be left before check in and after checkout . If on a budget and/or using hotel for sleeping only I would recommend.

The people working here are very friendly and helpful. Check in was with Jelrna and she was wonderful. Location is incredible.

It was a nightmare, that place should be close. The first day the toilet was broken, they moved me the room next door, the second day didn’t have service water until 4:00 pm, the bathroom was moldy, the 3rd day start fixing the bathroom next door around 8:00 am with a lot noise, the 4th day the same, that place is depressing. The worst hotel I have been so far. Do not book this place

The Hotel cancelled my reservation and refused to refund the cost and instead rebooked me into a different Hotel against my will.
Cancelling is not good but not to be allowed to make a different choice of Hotel is not acceptable.

Location is key. This is a basic and small room but very close to downtown and a large train intersection. The parking is very very steep and best with small cars. Lovely staff and good price.
