A nice and well-known hotel. The staff are very respectful and the service is very refined and pleasant.

I booked this for a friend who was on a business trip, and they specifically asked me to leave a good review. The hotel lobby is very stylish, the room layout is well-designed, and the desk is large with lighting perfect for working on a computer. The most important thing is the excellent soundproofing; even though it's in a busy downtown area, the room was very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hygiene details were also well-handled. As the person who made the booking, I feel really reassured getting this kind of feedback. I'll choose this place again next time I need to.

The room was spacious and clean, offering great value for money. During Ramadan, breakfast and dinner were included. The rooftop pool has a ladies' section. A heads-up: avoid taking a taxi directly from the hotel as ride-hailing apps only suggest luxury cars. If you walk out to the street to hail a taxi, you can save at least five times the price.

The room was great, but the AC was set too low. I had to turn it off as soon as I got in. Everything else, like cleanliness, was very good.
