We've stayed here a few times and while the hotel is becoming a little dated it has always been clean and comfortable. The staff is always awesome and they keep the common areas very clean

Staff not so helpful, only one luggage cart and hard to find, never asked if we needed our garbage taken out or coffee in tge 2 days we stayed there. Stayed at alot better places for less

Seemed kind of shady. A guy who was either drunk or high was sitting on the pavement in front of the entrance. I was a little nervous checking in with just myself and my daughter.
The room was okay but the carpets were stained.

We had a problem with our room the first night, and the desk staff were incredibly helpful and moved us for the second night of our stay.

Joshua front desk clerk was very kind, helpful and accommodating.
The room was a 5 or 6 at best. The only room available was a handicap room and I killed 3 flying bugs in it.
The tissue box was empty and the roll of bathroom tissue was used by prior people since it was almost an empty roll.
The remote control was nasty, slimy and sticky.
I was sure nothing was cleaned throughly. The sheets were dingy and I was afraid to lay on the pillow.
Still, it was better than a run down motel.
