酒店一應設施都很完備，衞生乾淨。床旁的地板是地毯式的，踩上去很舒服，很乾凈，也沒有異味。有配一個電視，也有窗透風。洗漱用品拖鞋等都是一次性的，很乾凈整潔，浴室洗澡的時候也可以聽歌，很愜意。自助早餐的樣式很全也很好吃。這次在南澳住的總體很舒服很滿意。我想我下次來旅遊應該也會選這家。

五一黃金週出行。酒店需求大於市場供給，酒店能提供如此優質的服務。非常難得。全家給予一致好評。
1、 贈送的一大桶水，相對於900塊錢的房價，不是個成本，讓客户感覺非常好，不是幾塊錢的水買不起，是一大桶水的搬運是個體力活。
2、房間的設施非常新。洗漱用品質量不錯。
3、贈送的小零食。電梯口日常用品的温馨提示！確實是啊，用心服務。

無論酒店設計風格簡潔大方，房間內色彩明亮、乾淨整潔。打開淋浴龍頭自動播放舒緩的令人放鬆的音樂。早餐中西市的點心都有，口感也不錯。還是寵物友好酒店。總體滿意。

麗楓的檔次是有目共睹的，房間乾淨整潔設備齊全住得舒適，唯一一點遺憾是我們下午1點多才到酒店，來晚了，訂的海景房衹剩最後一間視覺效果沒那麼好的，但是也能看到海景。還有一點值得讚揚的是酒店的洗衣房和早歺都很不錯。

雖然南澳給我感覺沒什麼好玩的，但如果帶寶寶或者小孩還是建議選後宅鎮這邊，因為商業配套好點 麗楓的環境挺不錯 而且肯定比大部分民宿收拾的乾淨 而且智能化設備挺多 如有空氣凈化器 關鍵玩水要洗衣服有乾衣機 最後我想説 南澳要2天一夜夠了 真的沒什麼地方去

酒店早餐太差勁了，很難吃，酸奶竟然是酸奶味果凍，玉米硬的咬不動，！！！！在湯裏面吃到了蟲子🐛，！！！！阿姨説原生態不打農葯的，笑死我了，明明就是清潔問題。
前台很好，因為事情耽誤了一會，打電話延遲退房了一會。不然真的全部差評加投訴。
總體建議，別住這家酒店！

房間大小還可以，就是衞生間太小了，洗漱台容易把水濺出來。窗台正好放行李，門口能不用按金（針對酒店顧客）租電瓶車。15一小時，一天好像80。酒店外面環境太差，旁邊在裝修房子，門口不知道修什麼，圍着柵欄。不過附近走七八分鐘就是海鮮街，如果遊客不是自駕過來，坐公交車進島，到遊客中心下車，走過來大概二十分鐘吧！
