住一晚上就感冒了，空調也沒用，不制熱開了一晚上效果沒有，早上起來放熱水二十分鐘沒熱水，搞了感冒難受的要死

我從手機上定了間房然後來不來了住，錢付了取消訂單就不支持取消，然後聯繫前台説明情況，第二天來前台退錢，老闆娘説衹退一半。手機上定過多少酒店還是頭一次不支持取消訂單不退錢
