This hotel, although a little outside of the city centre, was perfect for a weekend getaway. The grounds were beautiful; the front desk staff was welcoming and responded promptly to our concerns and requests. The breakfast was good enough as well.
We would definitely stay here again because the private hotspring was relaxing. We had a tranquil stay.

Came to this hotel to celebrate a birthday and the staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Staff have a good attitude, they kept the cake for us and we called the reception at midnight to bring cake and they were extremely nice and friendly.
Not much lunch options on site, recommend you bring your own snacks for your stay (especially if you don’t have a car) although the manager recommended us to a local lunch location 11mins drive away and it was great!
Hotel is clean, you can only fill the hotspring once during your stay and it is computer operated (just call reception). Our friends were offered a free upgrade due to the cold weather and potential rain, but we wanted to try the outdoor hotspring.
The outdoor hot spring has a roof that you can expand; we went on a cold evening and managed to stay outside for a good 3 hours.
Walls in the hotel rooms are a bit thin, we could hear our neighbours quite easily. But all in all, a good experience! Recommend you to come check this place out whilst it is still quiet.

在攜程寫的第一個差評，給此酒店的前台。
入住當晚洗澡，浴室地漏下水有問題，洗完澡發現水蔓延出來了，一路延伸至床底。稍作清理後用房間內座機給前台打電話，當時約是晚上的十一點十分。
誰知明明宣傳是“24小時管家服務”的前台電話打過去居然是忙音，一連打了多個都是如此，用手機打前台電話也未接通。由於水溢出實在太多，我們步行前往前台喊人，結果發現前台正睡在工作台一旁的沙發上……
説明情況後前台以並不清醒的狀態喊了一個大叔來處理問題，這個樸實的大叔很明顯並不是管理客房的員工，除了多拿些浴巾來讓我們擦地也沒有別的應對方案。
對此我們提出換個房間，大叔説得給前台打電話詢問，他沒有這個權利，我説我們去前台前已經打過多次都是忙音打不通，他讓我們再試一下。呵，這會居然打通了，這也正好可以説明前台電話忙音並不是電話的問題而是前台故意為之嗎？（我們打電話的紀錄均可查證，同時説明，在此之前我們已經撥打前台電話解決過遙控器無效問題和通知温泉放水，不存在撥錯前台電話的情況）
後續事情以更換房間解決，但酒店宣傳的所謂“24小時管家服務”居然需要住客叫醒前台來完成？是否屬於虛假宣傳呢？或者酒店承認培訓和管理不足？請予以回覆，謝謝。

一次讓人崩潰的住宿。原因是很多不滿意交織在一起。
1.入住時發現廁所有煙灰請阿姨又擦了一遍。
2.電視機遙控器按了沒反應，反覆修導致看電視就崩潰，其實就是沒電了。
3.第二天去吃早餐，告知是8點才有，由於當天有事，就開車出去吃了。服務員告知有需要應該早點溝通。好巧不巧，我續住了，當天反饋，第二天要7點半吃早飯，結果服務員不同意。當時我們就非常生氣。最後經理妥善解決了。
4.第二天刷房卡怎麼也刷不進。得知前一天衹做了入住一天。實際我是兩天一起訂的。
綜上，酒店硬件還不錯，環境也好，有遊樂園有送采草莓。但是這麼不愉快的入住體驗，也算是都被我和家人遇到了。挺崩潰的。

周邊一般 因為是清明出行 不想人擠人 所以選了一些比較冷門的景點 對小朋友很友好 裏面有室外和室內的小型遊樂場 還房間內部泡了湯

房間還是很新的，硬件設施也不錯，主要帶孩子來體驗一下私湯温泉，玩的很開心，而且還有小童遊樂場，親子這塊可以的。要感謝前台服務的帥哥耐心的幫忙解決問題，總的來説體驗感蠻好的。

酒店很棒，帶小童遊樂園，釋放家長的雙手，工作人員服務態度也很好，温泉泡起來也很舒服，還送了草莓採摘券，小朋友玩的也好開心

整體感覺挺好的，設施都比較新，服務也不錯。房間的私湯泡池很大，成人的話兩個人泡比較舒展。位置在湯山龍尚漫谷民宿村，周邊有草莓園、農家樂。可以釣魚露營。也有幾個小眾景點，地質博物館和陽山碑材都去逛了逛，門票不貴二十多塊可以逛大半天，喜歡悠閑度假的牆裂推薦
