Excellent service and very clean room. A very good experience. One of the best hotels I have stayed in in China. Also there's a a robot in the lobby. I'm not sure what it does, but I was impressed. The attendant at the desk named Gu Ying was especially helpful. Many thanks! I will choose this hotel next time in Nanjing.

南京新紀元酒店地處南京市中心，去哪裡逛街都很方便，附近小吃也很多，周圍有南京大學、河海大學、東南大學、南師大、江蘇省人民醫院、鼓樓醫院等各大單位，鼓樓地鐵站出行極為方便。酒店前台接待服務人員態度非常好，辦理入住效率高，在我入住後有需求用外網電腦用，前台小姐也馬上諮詢康樂部後為我安排三樓會議室讓我使用電腦，非常感謝，在我退房時候前台經理也貼心的詢問我對入住的體驗如何，並贈送小禮品，非常好，下次還會過來訂房入住。

訂了一個大床房，就不能跟另一間標間一個樓層，工作人員免費安排了兩間標間入住，考慮很細緻。晚上安靜，房間也乾淨，孩子和長者都住得很舒適。離地鐵站近，去夫子廟，玄武湖，鐘山等各大景點都方便，酒店附近吃飯也方便。很不錯，下次來還考慮這家。👍👍👍

入住的前幾天酒店就先打電話詢問當天大概什麼時候抵達、對住房有什麼要求、、、等等；當然入職當天的服務不在話下，隨時關係住房狀態👍

酒店是老牌四星酒店 衞生相當好 設施有點老了但是特別乾淨 服務熱情周到 基本有求必應 床墊很舒服 能拼床 但是衞生間門鎖是壞的 住的四層 窗外有設備管線 每天早晨5-6點有設備啟動的聲音 然後是持續的低頻聲音 對噪音特別敏感的要考慮一下 不知是不是個別房間問題 但是別的都特別滿意就沒再換房 提供免費飲料 每天還補充 酒店自己的茶餐廳很好 就是人多衹吃了一次 離地鐵非常近 周邊小吃很多
