The staff at the Nanjing Grand Yiju Hotel were fantastic - friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms and corridors had a calming zen vibe, which I really appreciated. The shower and toilet were both excellent - strong pressure and very clean. We upgraded to windows room with rmb50 a night.
Location is unbeatable! Right next to the bustling heart of Nanjing, making it super convenient to get around. There's a shopping mall right beside the hotel with tons of food stalls, offering a great variety of local eats. Plus, the metro station is just a stone's throw away (like a 5 to 10 mins walk). Overall, a great stay!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. The hotel was nicely designed, and the staff were friendly (Xiao Qin, Xiao Cha and the supervisor). They also recommended places to visit and guided us on how to travel around the area. Their service was great as they assisted us with issues we faced and even helped to upgrade our room. The location was also very convenient for navigating around, as it’s near the Metro station and also close to the food street with many dining options! Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location.

The staff are very helpful and so kind, we are so grateful they helped us a lot.
Perfectly hot water. Toilet with bidet is a plus. comfy room and there is window sitting zone. Comfy bed, clean, spacious room.
Nice location, walking distance there's of food, malls, coffee shops.
Minus - it's cold in the room, its around 0-6'C when we stayed and hotel lend us extra heater. And it will ne better if they had a lighting above the mirror. Overall, We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

The hotel room I eventually got upgradeed to was good and I enjoyed my stay. However, I am totally disappointed but the misleading marketing of Trip.com which landed me with a dated style serviced apartment that look like the 80's. I walked out immidiately. Shame on Trip.com for the misleading advertisment. I actually paid the same price as the hotel room buy was given a downgraded serviced apartment totally different from the Zen looking hotel room.
The hotel manager was kind enough to give me a complimentary upgrade to their standard zen styled hotel room. Location was good as lots of food choices. There is a nice speakeasy bar in the annex building, look for the pet shop with kittens.

The decoration is warm and cozy, you must visit here at least once if you go to Nanjing. The location is perfect and the staff is super welcoming and supportive to foreigners like me. Plus, she will show you the perfect place to eat roasted chopped duck haha dont miss out!

Perfect location. Brand new bathroom equipment. Perfectly hot water. Big room. A lot of light scenarios. The serve welcome snack. Cute and comfy window sitting zone. Next to the hotel a lot of food, mall, subway 5 minutes. Train station 30 min. Smart pillows, soft, comfy beddings. Minus - it’s cold in the room, shower glass curtain leaking, there is no mirror in the room or near exit. I liked it sooo much though. Money/quality balance perfect.

It was difficult for the driver to find it but great location and very close to Subway surrounded by many restaurants. The place is very clean and comfortable and it was perfect during my stay.
The people greeting at the lobby are very nice but Trainee LI YING was amazing and so helpful that she made me feel at home and I ended up extending my stay. She has a lot of initiative and kindness with outstanding customer skills that exceeded my expectations and provided a total customer satisfaction. A JOB WELL DONE!!!….,

The hotel receptionist ~Xiaoqin~ has very good service, warm and thoughtful. The hotel is located in the center of Xinjiekou. The environment is good, the Zen style is unique, the living area is fully equipped, the room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is cozy , making people feel very comfortable . The hotel is near the business district, shopping is very convenient, and there are many delicious food nearby. It’s really good. I recommend it to everyone.
