主要投訴酒店人員服務態度，毫無個人私隱，當著一堆人的麪問你叫什麼，我都把身份證推到他面前了，他還一直問而且態度很不好。 我登記完之後跟他説，別當著其他客人面問辦理入住叫什麼，這樣不保護個人私隱。結果他給了一個一輩子都難忘的譏諷的笑容。我本來想就這麼算了，但是真的越想越氣，我很少給酒店評價，這次真心希望平台有什麼處罰制度，狠狠處罰他們一次，讓他們好好加強一下員工的素質培訓.

入住房號325，1.每天早上六點左右會有準時**服務，兩個大煙囱呼呼作響；2.好多東西都是生產日期比較久的；3.早餐可以避免選擇綜合症，種類很單一，價格標的不低，和他們的員工餐比起來，差別較大。唯一兩點就是混沌還不錯。由於特殊情況，可以延時退房，值得點贊。

環境很好，停車方便，是個不錯的酒店，最不滿意的一點就是訂購這家酒店取消扣全款，真是霸王條款，因為這點能不在這訂房間，就不訂這家了。所以希望酒店能改進

全國出差，住的最差的酒店。400一晚在南京不算差了吧。不知道為啥能評到四星，半星都沒有，槽點太多了。首先設備裏有健身房，但到前台才説網上定的不能用，交錢都不行。必須前台定才能用。然後房間內設備陳舊，看看照片床頭都磨損成啥樣了。浴缸很臟沒法泡澡。然後是早點，一排主食，啥玩意都沒有，基本沒得吃。然後酒店附近沒超市沒餐館，外賣衹能送到園區門口。最後退房的時候問前台能不能走了。前台回話是“可以走了，要是丟東西我們會打電話通知您”，不會説話可以閉嘴，我是真服了。哦對了，還沒有大床，全是標間。這酒店完全是坑人的，最差，沒之一

總體感覺還可以，是一家老牌酒店了，設施相對有一些老舊，但是環境衞生都還不錯，出門就是地鐵站也很方便，相對來説還是比較滿意的
