The environment is very good and it is very quiet at night; Facilities: There is no small refrigerator. The hotel's washing and care are also average. I hope it can be improved. The hair dryer is a Dyson, which is a plus! I also stayed here because of the hotel's swimming pool. It's great! The uncle next to the swimming pool is also very responsible and keeps watching the children in the swimming pool. The opening hours of the hot spring are a bit short. I encountered an uncultured guest who went in without wearing a swimsuit. We left immediately and didn't experience it; Service: The hotel's service is in place. I have been accompanied to the room when I checked in, and I have always responded to my requests. It is worth praising! The breakfast here is a bit limited. I hope to add more Chinese food in the future.

Check-in was on a weekday, and there were fewer guests. What I was most satisfied with was the good hotel service, especially the tall and curly-haired young man at the front desk who was very nice. He smiled and took us to visit the hotel room and helped lay the anti-slip mat. The service was very meticulous and thoughtful, which made people feel happy. The breakfast was also rich and varied, which was different from the bad reviews I saw online before.

Two tickets for the Garden Expo Park were given upon entering the park. We visited the park, the Botanical Garden, Nanjing Garden, Suzhou Garden, and Yunmeng Pond Valley. Facilities: The hotel is great. We waited for the hotel's special line in the park bubble park for 20 minutes, but it didn't come. We called the hotel and immediately asked the driver to drive a special car to pick us up. Hygiene: The hygiene is also very good, the room is very clean, and the toilet is automatic. Environment: The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is next to Nanjing Garden and Yangzhou Garden, and very close to the iron flower performance. Service: The service is also excellent. The breakfast is delicious. I took my child to the hotel's hot spring and swimming pool in the afternoon. There were not many people, which was great. The hotel's buffet breakfast is also very good. The hand-brewed latte is good, and there is a small coffee machine in the room. By the way, the takeaway we ordered can be taken away by the hotel. This is great 👍🏻. It was delivered at more than ten o'clock. The travel photography was delivered but I didn't go. It's too late. I can try it next time. It's on the first floor of the hotel lobby. When I went there, the hotel had a ring tossing game, 20 yuan for 5 rings, and drawing. The children were drawing and playing there. It would be better if there was a children's playground.

The room is more spacious than other hotels, and the layout is reasonable. I am very satisfied with the upgraded lake view room this time. The center of the park, Suzhou Garden is right next to it. I live on the top floor, the fourth floor, and the hot springs and swimming pools are on the third and second floors, which is very convenient. The breakfast is quite rich, but it is a bit surprising that the vermicelli soup does not have duck blood. The freshly made egg rolls and waffles are great. However, I never enjoyed the hotel golf cart once. It is said to be rented by the hour. I remember that Yunchi Menggu used to have a shuttle bus, but it is gone now. If there is no comparison, it is still pretty good.

The service quality of the hotel is very high. From the moment you enter the door, every service staff member is very proactive and enthusiastic, providing thoughtful service to the passengers. After checking in, there is also a special person to take the passengers to the room with their luggage, which makes people feel very considerate. Although the hotel does not have many breakfast varieties, it basically has everything that should be there, enough to meet the taste needs of the passengers. In addition, the hotel's facilities are also very complete and advanced. The spacious rooms and suites are equipped with modern facilities such as espresso machines, Dyson hair dryers, LCD TVs and free wireless networks, allowing passengers to enjoy a comfortable stay while maintaining an efficient working state. The hotel's swimming pool and hot spring are also a highlight, with exquisite design and clear water, providing a good place for passengers to relax. The shortcomings are that the breakfast is not rich enough and there are few categories.
