獨棟別墅，我們定的本來是普通房型，老闆幫我們免費升級了房間，而且我們晚上到的很晚，打電話給老闆他還出來帶我們進去，最關鍵他那裡有免費停車位，這點就很方便了，樓頂有露天平台適合幾個朋友一起去聚會，房間內的設施也很齊全，各種東西都有，看得出來老闆是一個很用心的人。

位置不錯，在地鐵口，有免費停車位這條最好，我就是最看中免費停車場了，開車去，車停那，然後坐地鐵公交去轉，很方便。我們是四個大人帶個小孩，很合適，性價比高。

這套房間當天上午房東臨時通知下水管維修給換房間，説得很好，給換更大的房間，事實換成了一個套房，小房間裏一張大床，狹窄的走道上一張沙發床，空調半夜噪音隔段時間響十秒鐘，衞生間窄得很，燈光沒法化粧。

環境是可以的，衞生一般吧
主要讓人很不愉快的是大門密碼是別的房子的租客都知道的，我們住的房間門是透明的雖然有簾子，但是有的時候沒拉簾子，然後會看到陌生人進來很沒有安全感還非常尷尬！旁邊有一個小窗口窗口打開在外面能看見鏡子反射到裏面的人在幹嘛！其他租客莫名其妙進來在房間外面很吵然後不清楚到底什麼情況會把窗口拉開看看裏面的情況，一點私隱都沒有！早上還被其他的租客吵醒過！
之前找不到地點打電話給聯繫，那個人也不知道是啥對方那邊説話不清不楚還很吵，最後用攜程私信客服才給我管理員微信😂

性價比確實很高，但是別抱太高期望。衞生間馬桶的位置非常極限，洗澡的水不知道為什麼很小，需要打掃衞生的話要提前和他們聯繫，不然沒人來的 ，屋子的衞生條件很一般。
不過自帶冰箱很贊，外面有個小陽台可以晾衣服，浴缸的水倒是出的很順。
追求性價比，這個可以了，要是對衞生有要求的，追求舒適度的，還是找個好點的吧。
