公共區域很舒適，一個人玩 和朋友聚餐都很好，房間的大床很好 房間都是人工智能操控，衞生條件沒得説，尤其是他家服務特別好，老闆系善解人意，有不明白的 可以直接去問老闆

房間一股味道 床單被子枕頭有類似鞋印的臟污 被套潮濕 明顯是上一個客人用完之後沒有換被子噴了點水重新鋪的 還有未處理乾淨的毛髮 泡湯的池子沒有消毒清洗 放了水之後飄起類似腳皮的懸浮物以及頭髮

房間離出差目的地不遠，還挺方便，我步行了差不多十分鐘到的客户那裡。房間是有點小了，桌子小了，辦公用電腦有點擠吧。

位置：開在老小區裏面，出來酒店就是小區裏的垃圾站。
衞生：蠻差的，600塊的民俗，池子旁邊有煙頭，衞生間地上有很多頭髮，枕頭床單上有污漬，老闆説洗了，但實在是沒洗乾淨，換了一床也有污漬，蠻離譜的。因為在一樓本身就很潮濕，再還有個池子放温泉，就更潮了。真的沒認真打掃，慎選。
設施：空調不熱，兩個空調開到最高還是冷，半夜冷醒了，南京這幾天温度已經非常回升了，就這晚上還這麼冷。温泉池，就是個石頭砌的池子然後自己放水，碳酸要喊老闆才能放，一次20分鐘，很麻煩。
環境：表面看着還行，再一看全是問題。衞生間全是頂燈沒辦法化粧。
服務：一個打掃阿姨，服務跟兩百塊民宿一樣。六百的服務真是沒看出來。
花築之前住過雲南的覺得還可以像酒店水準，結果這次定了酒店價格的，搞的像兩百塊民宿似的。太垃圾了。
