環境：萬象城樓上 地理位置沒得説 外賣豐富 但是但是但是停車很不方便 要停在馬路對面且不報銷
衞生：馬桶很臟 地磚很臟 牆面很臟 衞生合格不了一點
設施：電腦OK沒問題 房間沒有小冰箱（隱約記得商家圖片裏有，如果記錯了，我的問題）
服務：最讓我震驚的就是服務 沒有前台等於沒有服務 晚上九點半問個問題隔半小時才回 反映洗衣機水龍頭漏水 前台説明天修 我笑了明天就退房了 於是滴水滴了一夜吵了一夜 第二天衞生間全是水
南通電競酒店基本都住過了 這家體驗感真是極差 不知道是什麼勇士在推薦這家 來這裏荒野求生嗎

避雷！顛覆了我對酒店的認知！
從來沒住過這麼差的酒店，方方面面都對不起價格和定位，希望客服和酒店捆綁不要出來禍害別人！
1.在平台上説是酒店，實際進去以後發現是民宿類型，貨不對板，開鎖方式更是原始，在門上有的密碼鎖內有開鎖鑰匙，門上的智能門鎖純純擺設，輸入入住訊息後也不能識別，搞的我不像是入住的，像是來拿備用鑰匙幹活的（見圖12）。
2.客服先是給了個錯誤的房間訊息，白跑一趟，本身酒店在大廈內也沒有任何的訊息指引，你這自助入住做的確實很自助的。
其次也沒有入住手續和程序指引，就催着上交100按金，我問了一句有沒有飲用水，就不耐煩開始質問我“房間裏任何一個都大於100的價值”，直接嫌我“太磨嘰了”，當我提出你這沒有指引後，直接開始趕客“你不樂意就退房吧”。
我請問晚上9點辛苦跑到酒店，沒説幾句話就被趕走去其他酒店，是一個正常客服的反應嗎，有沒有把客户當人看？（詳見圖1-圖8聊天記錄）
3.當我耐着性子入住後，客服還説給我因為單人房沒有了給我升級了雙人大房，那這換房有沒有任何的告知呢？是不是我還需要感謝你的主動？
4.房間內和民宿佈局相似，甚至有抽油煙機和洗衣機，但是不像是清潔過的樣子，看了讓人作嘔。浴室很小，結果還塞個洗衣機，門都開不完整，門鎖也搖搖欲墜；玻璃洗浴間的門栓有問題，洗澡時玻璃門都關不上，連洗個澡也不讓人安心。（圖9-圖11）
