酒店設施非常棒，前台服務超讚的。飛機延誤到酒店已經很晚了前台小夥子熱心的幫我聯繫服務員把行李搬運到了房間。離店有些匆忙，手錶遺留在房間裏。小姑娘聯繫我很及時，還特地跑到停車場來送給我。很感動。謝謝你們。以後北山肯定是入住首選。

服務人員態度實在很一般，接待我的是個高個女人，一副愛答不理的樣子，多問幾句都嫌煩，感覺實在不好👎！房間還比較大，裝修倒也不錯，床有點硬。早飯真心不好，兜了好幾圈感覺沒啥好吃的，選擇不多而且都是品相也很一般，最後要了碗麪湊活吧。應該不會有下次了。
