房間整潔、乾淨、明亮。交通便利、停車方便。周邊環境漂亮，有個濠河風景區，很漂亮。附近商店、小吃店比較多。

房間比較小，大床兩邊剛好放下一個牀頭櫃的寬度。衞生還不錯。智能馬桶不用自己按。大床房朝馬路，外面有施工的，吵的要死，夜裡12點多了還沒停。早餐不算很豐富，不過吃飽飽肯定沒問題。有看到洗衣房，不過我沒使用。忘了拍房間。進門有幾個衣架，然後是洗手枱，乾濕分離設計很好。推薦入住，挺便宜的。

地理位置挺好，地鐵站附近5分鐘；
網絡也是真的垃圾，百度網盤傳點照片都傳不上去，每個樓層的網絡還不開放，衹能用公共的，介意網絡的避雷吧～
設施也一般，浴室龍頭關閉一晚上滴水，吵的都睡不着～
